Woman, 61, falls to her death from 15-story Manhattan apartment building near Central Park | The Sun

A 61-year-old woman fell to her death from a 15-story Manhattan apartment building on Friday.

Authorities found her body early in the morning.

The New York Post reported that a woman, who has not been publicly identified, was discovered around 5:30 a.m. in front of a  15-story apartment building in Manhattan.

She was unresponsive at the scene and pronounced dead.

Local investigators discovered that the woman jumped to her death.

The New York Post reported that the apartment building is a part of the Upper West Side-Central Park West Historic District.
