Salma Hayek posts to celebrate 25 million followers

Actress Salma Hayek proved she hasn’t changed a bit as she posted a throwback snap of herself and her long-term Hollywood friends.

The 56-year-old stunned her 25 million Instagram followers as she was seen posing alongside other huge A-listers.

The fun snap was taken at an exclusive gathering around 20 years ago, when the stars were just starting out.

The photo contained several other actors who are now Hollywood royalty.

They are, from left, Susan Sarandon, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez and Gael Garcia Bernal. Salma can be seen in the back of the snap, wearing a black plunging outfit with a detailed gold chain.

In the Instagram post she wrote: “Happy birthday @jlo! [emojis] Last night, out of the blue, I found this picture. I guess it meant I had to share it on your special day. It made me think back to a time when they said we wouldn’t make it.”

She further quipped: “Then they said we wouldn’t last [laughing emojis] Keep shining chica and keep enjoying every second of it!”

In the snap, both Hayek and Lopez look like they haven’t changed a bit.

Despite the pair both being in their fifties, they could easily pass for being decades younger.  

Hayek often reminds her fans that she is still the swimsuit pinup, as in early July, she looked sensational in a bikini.

The actress who often posts in swimwear has a habit of sending shock waves across social media, while posing in racy swimwear.  

Salma, who was makeup free in the snap, stood in a pool looking at the camera.

She glowed and showed off silky smooth, flawless skin with not an inch of fat to be seen.

Her famous long black locks were slightly pushed back from her face, with her big brown eyes taking centre stage.

In her playful caption she had a little fun, sharing to her 25 million Instagram followers, “Happy #NationalBikiniDay!

“Can you believe the bikini has only been around for 77 years?! Let’s hope they don’t ban them too #notathrowback.”

The annual celebration of the bikini was celebrated earlier this month, as it highlights the invention of the bikini by Louis Reard, which was created in 1946.
