Amanda Holden shares intimate glimpse at her natural face lift

Amanda Holden has shared an intimate look at her "natural" face lift as she shared a video of her face close up on her Instagram stories.

The TV presenter and Britain's Got Talent judge wasn't afraid of showing the reality as she pouted to the camera with stickers on her cheeks and forehead for the treatment.

"Do you know it's like the nicest tickling," the 52 year old star explained, as she looked completely calm for the process.

"It sort of feels tickly here and here," she then pointed at the various areas on her face, as she held the camera even closer.

"I actually think if I left it on all night I'd wake up like a 12 year old," the TV star then quipped.

The clinician later re-posted Amanda's clip as she explained what the treatment involved to potential newcomers: "Emface works on toning the lifting muscles of the face whilst Rf energy tightens skin at the same time."

"It's only 20 min, pain free and no downtime. A course of 4-6 is recommended with maintenance once every 6-12 months."

After focusing on working on her skin, hours later Amanda showcased her figure in a brand new work look for her social media accounts.

Donning a Reiss outfit co-ord, the star propped up one leg and showed off her fabulous style from the Global Radio office in between working on her Heart Breakfast show with Jamie Theakston.

The star admitted that she'd had to forgo her usual slinky dresses and outfits today, Friday 16 June, as she'd been over-indulging with her mum all week.

Amanda explained that she'd been having a visit as her mum wanted to attend one of her daughters school shows the night before, but as a result they were drinking "too much Rose".

"Hello. Happy Friday. I had to come in this today because I've had my mum up all week," the star told her fans.

"We've polished off quite a lot of rose and eaten quite a lot so I needed to just be comfortable to cope with my bloated stomach," she added.

Wearing a patterned navy blue and white loose shirt and trousers combo, Amanda twirled and moved as she showed off the flowing fabric of her new outfit.

It comes as the star's husband Chris Hughes has reportedly quit his role as director of talent agency YMU, where Amanda is represented.
