Amy Hart confidently poses in bikini after giving birth to son: ‘This body grew a baby’

Amy Hart embraced her post-baby body this week as she posed in a bright orange bikini, candidly speaking on how her figure has changed since giving birth.

The Love Island star, 30, welcomed her first child, a baby boy named Stanley Samuel Giles Rason, with boyfriend Sam Rason just eight weeks ago, and the family are already enjoying their first getaway.

Holidaying in Marbella, Amy shared a picture in an orange two-piece swimwear set with her 1.1million Instagram followers, as the ensemble featured a high waist and scooping neck detail.

With her blonde hair tied up in a bun, the new mother opted for a natural no make-up look, taking a video in the mirror as Sam could be seen carrying their little one in the background

"So, the reason I am showing you my first post-baby bikini look, there's the baby, here's the bikini," said Amy in the clip while pointing between Stanley and herself.

She continued: "The reason I am showing you is because, although I'm not entirely happy with the way I look right now, I shared a picture earlier from when I was 24, literally a baby and so skinny, and I thought I was fat then too. So, basically, you've just got to live for today haven't you?"

Sharing another clip later, she added: "I am very like, if this was my last day on earth, would I want to spend it worrying about what I look like in a bikini? This is my body, it grew my son, amazing."

While Amy is happy embracing her natural body since giving birth, the star did explain that she wants to focus on being healthier and eating better in order to do as much as possible with son Stanley.

She said: "But I do want to be the best version of myself for Stanley, run around with him and be around for as long as possible."

Adjusting to parenthood, Amy recently detailed how she has 'kicked out' boyfriend Sam from their bed since welcoming their son together.

Chatting to Johnny Seifert on the Secure the Insecure podcast, Amy shared: "So like when we bought a day bed for the nursery people said to me, 'Oh, it's brilliant because Sam can sleep in there or you can sleep in there.'

"And I was like, 'No, we're not one of those couples that will sleep in separate beds, we will always sleep in the same bed together.'

"Anyway, me and Stanley sleep in the big bed and Sam sleeps downstairs in the nursery."

Amy previously shared that she hoped to be a mother "more than anything" and was even planning on freezing her eggs before meeting boyfriend Sam, before falling pregnant naturally in 2022.
