Britney Spears’ father Jaime Spears and his legal team have made efforts to publicly release the pop star’s private medical records in an effort to humiliate her, her lawyer Mathew Rosengart said.

Rosengart asked for a motion for sanctions and contempt against Jamie and his lawyers, according to court docs from an October 26 hearing reviewed by Radar, claiming that they violated court orders with ‘bad faith litigation tactics’ and abuse of the discovery process in a thwarted attempt to have her testify.

Judge Brenda Penny was critical of Jamie and his lawyers for including the medical records in a hearing last month after the documents had ‘already been sealed by previous court orders.’

The latest: Britney Spears ‘ father Jaime Spears and his legal team have made efforts to publicly release the pop star’s private medical records in an effort to humiliate her, her lawyer Mathew Rosengart said

The judge called the maneuver from Jaime and his team ‘highly inappropriate and contrary to the court orders’ in the long-running case involving the Grammy-winning singer, 40.

‘Mr. Spears and his counsel fail to provide any explanation as to their decision to file previous sealed documents or to oppose the present motion in light of the parties stipulated protective order,’ the judge said.

Rosengart told the court that the move would have legally breached the Oops!… I Did It Again singer’s constitutional and common law privacy rights – amid what he described as ‘scorched earth litigation campaign against Britney Spears’ Jaime has waged since he was suspended from running her conservatorship in September of 2021.

Since that time, Rosengart said, Jaime has sought to humiliate Britney and run up big legal bills to charge her estate, and ‘improperly trying to use this proceeding to “vindicate” himself (a futile task given his record as a conservator).’

Focused: Britney’s lawyer Mathew S. Rosengart, pictured last year in LA, said Jamie has sought to humiliate Britney and run up big legal bills to charge her estate since he was suspended from presiding over her conservatorship

More details: Rosengart said in recently-released court docs that Jamie Spears – at the improper instruction of his legal team – would not answer even basic questions to a deposition he sat for August 11

The …Baby One More Time artist and her attorney successfully fought Jamie’s effort to have her medical records containing ‘sensitive, confidential information’ sealed, he said.

Rosengart asked the court to consider contempt charges and sanction Jamie Spears and his lawyers with a $20,000 fine. He said in recently-released court docs that Jamie Spears – at the improper instruction of his legal team – would not answer even basic questions to a deposition he sat for August 11.

He added that Jaime did not properly comply with court orders to submit documents and text and email communications he had requested.

‘Only a small fraction of his actual communications, text messages were produced in such a disjointed manner that it made it impossible to discern the context of any given text or even what was being discussed, as the messages were not grouped together by conversation or even produced chronologically as required,’ Rosengart said of Spears, requesting he be deposed again properly.

Britney earlier this week detailed the ‘serious mental trauma’ she endured from her conservatorship, which she claims has left her unable to breathe normally when ‘looking at people’s faces.’

The pop icon, whose controversial conservatorship was terminated after 13 years last November, took to Twitter on Wednesday to reveal she had sustained nerve damage to the right side of her body as a result of not breathing properly.

The Toxic hitmaker said she refuses to see a doctor about her pain due to being ‘terrified’ after her conservatorship – but that the pain goes away when she dances.

Candid: Britney Spears has detailed the ‘serious mental trauma’ she endured from her conservatorship, which she claims has left her unable to breathe normally when ‘looking at people’s faces.

She wrote: ‘When I just feel the presence of a person I immediately freeze and have to catch my breath.

‘I do believe that when I was in that place I may have gotten serious mental trauma from not breathing normally. My nerve damage shoots through my hand, up to my back, neck and to the right side of my head!

‘I feel paralyzed sometimes because it feels like pins and needles just stinging! I don’t feel it all the time but when I do it’s just scary and I know something is not right!

‘Well I’ve given up on people but I do have hope when I dance and sing in praise.

Heyday: The pop icon, 40, whose controversial conservatorship was terminated after 13 years last November, took to Twitter on Wednesday to reveal she had sustained nerve damage (pictured 2001)

‘It’s weird I don’t feel the nerve damage when I dance, maybe that’s my inner child’s mind letting go and surrendering. It’s trust, belief and God knows I’m not a professional but I am able to feel something in those moments.

‘I have so many advisors saying every day “Good news, the lower people go, the more you should take the high road”.

‘Or how about I fall from heaven and greet them in hell and scare the motherf*****g s**t out of them! I mean, I’ve been here before and let me tell you my horns are extremely kind. But I warn you in retrospect I can also be the meanest, but how mean?

The star said she ‘talks to horses’ as she can ‘no longer stand looking at people’s faces anymore’, writing: ‘My heart skips and I stop breathing normally. I recently found out that when I don’t get enough oxygen to the brain I feel nerve damage on the right side of my body,

Health issues: The Toxic hitmaker said she refuses to see a doctor about her pain due to being ‘terrified’ after her conservatorship – but that the pain goes away when she dances

‘My hands go numb every night when I go to sleep, it’s not my fault but I will say it’s pretty f*****g painful!

‘I haven’t even gone to a doctor about it, why? Because I’m terrified them after what they did to me before.

‘I lost my faith in God. I miss having conversations with enlightened people. When you connect with people like that and feel accepted loved and scared, that’s when miracles.

Britney went on to slam ‘trashy’ documentaries about her, which she claimed were full of lies.

She wrote: ‘I wish I could go inside the heads of people like my dad and her and really try to understand why people lie and make up such things like that!

‘Wasn’t it already bad enough what they did to me and on top of it everybody is getting together and doing the trashiest docs I’ve ever seen in my life saying IT’S TO HELP ME?

‘You must be some clever folks. It was so embarrassing. I think the meanest part was the deception in claiming it was to help me! The embarrassing five minute talk my stylist did crying on camera about my dad taking my phone away and then talking about my boys, it was humiliating.

Pain: She wrote: ‘When I just feel the presence of a person I immediately freeze and have to catch my breath’

‘Just the concept in of itself of people actually watching it was low! And no I don’t think it helped me. Just by my word speaking out and saying what they did to me alone was enough, should I say it again?

‘Enough, I am a person. I’m not a robot or a science experiment like the analyzed me in that place

‘I’m a valued soul so for the documentaries that were done on me, they were trash and nothing more trash, period!!!Should I go there? Lets get to the point! Every person who sat there in those docs knew, or if they didn’t know, could have found out where they were keeping me.

‘I needed real people to go to the cops and say “Jesus Christ, what is going on?? Aren’t there labor laws?

‘The girl has been working life a dog. So my so called friend wait to speak in trash documentaries. Where was the passion to help me when I called them in that place?

‘When they realized I finally got to speak at court for the first time and revealed what was done?

Over: The conservatorship placed on Britneyby her father Jamie (pictured) ended last year

‘I feel like they felt bad and said we will help her now but to me it looked like it was for show.

‘I miss my love of people I miss feeling accepted and not feeling bullied or scared of the people I would literally die for.

‘I miss the opening of my mind and surrendering to love and feel in love with someone else. The reflection of falling in love with someone else that makes you fall back in love with yourself.

Last week Britney took to her Instagram page and revealed to her 41.7 million fans and followers that she had nerve damage on the right side of her body.

The superstar’s medical condition comes as a result of time she spent at medical facility that she was placed in against her will back in 2019.

She opened up about the health issues she’s been experiencing while sharing a video to Instagram, revealing there’s’ no cure’ for the nerve damage, which causes pain and numbness.

‘I’m dancing in time now Victoria … yes … nerve damage on the right side of my body … there’s no cure except God I guess,’ she began in the caption, without explaining exactly who Victoria is.

She continued: ‘nerve damage is caused sometimes when you don’t get enough oxygen to your brain … your brain literally shuts down … blah blah blah old story … in that place I didn’t breathe when I was there … nerve damage causes parts of your body to go numb.’

Serious symptoms: Last week the Toxic singer wrote that there’s’ no cure’ for her nerve damage and that the pain and numbness has affected her sleep 3 times a week’

Spears revealed she wakes up ‘like three times a week in bed with my hands are completely numb’ and feelings of ‘pins and needles’ on the right side of her body.

‘It shoots up to my neck and the part that hurts the worst is my temple on my head … it stings and it’s scary,’ she explained, adding how ‘the last 3 years since I got out of that place I’ve been in a mild unconscious state … I couldn’t face it.’

‘That place’ appears to be a reference to the medical facility Spears was put into against her will in 2019, which she’s called out repeatedly.

‘It was like it was too scary to be here … although my instagram has been not up to par to most … hey hey hey it gave me existence and got me here,’ she continued, before sharing that she does’t ‘feel the pain when I dance.’

‘It’s like my mind literally goes to a place of my inner child. And although I don’t move like I use to … I truly believe my faith in it gave me strength … by the grace of God I finally found a medication where I actually feel oxygen going to my brain and through my neck,’ she wrote.

She went on to share that her health issues have gotten ‘a lot better’ in more recent times.

‘My eyes are more open now and I can hold my head up correctly … I’ve done a good job trying to pull it off. Either way I’m getting a lot better, I can breathe … I feel smarter because well, Jesus I can breathe now … either way, I’m breathing now and I can dance in time, Victoria … I send all my love to every single one of you … this is me this morning … I’m gonna vacuum now !!!’ she ended the post

Trauma: The star said she ‘talks to horses’ as she can ‘no longer stand looking at people’s faces anymore’ (the star is pictured in the 2000s)

Last year it was claimed that the Toxic singer was forced onto birth control while she was under her 13-year-long conservatorship, that was terminated last November.

In a court hearing in June last year, Britney spoke out against her conservatorship publicly, as she said she feels ‘traumatized’ by the controlling system she has been placed under.

She said: ‘I am not happy, I can’t sleep. I’m so angry, it’s insane. And I’m depressed. I am traumatized. I just want my life back.

‘I want to end this conservatorship without being evaluated. This conservatorship is doing me way more harm than good. I deserve to have a life, I’ve worked my whole life. I deserve to have a two to three-year break.’

The Baby One More Time hitmaker accused her father and her conservatorship team of refusing to allow her to marry her boyfriend or have children with him.

Britney claimed her conservators have made her get an IUD as a form of birth control so she cannot currently have children, even though she wanted to ‘get married and have a baby.’

She added: ‘I have an IUD inside of myself so that I don’t get pregnant, but [my team doesn’t] want me to have any more children.’

The star slammed her situation as ‘abusive’, and even called for her father and those involved with her conservatorship to be ‘jailed’.

She fumed: ‘They have me going to therapy three times a week and to a psychiatrist.

‘I truly believe this conservatorship is abusive. I don’t feel like I can live a full life. In the meantime, I want this therapist to come to my home, I’m not willing to go to Westlake … They set me up by sending me to the most exposed places. I need your help.

‘My dad and anyone involved in this conservatorship, including my management … they should be in jail.’

Following Britney’s remote appearance in court, Jamie Spears’ legal team released a statement insisting he ‘loves his daughter very much’.

They said: ‘He is sorry to see is daughter suffering and in so much pain. Mr Spears loves his daughter very much.’
