Cardi B Slams MMA Fighter for Dubbing Her Bad Influence on Kids in Defense of Sexist Andrew Tate

Former UFC fighter Jake Shields claims the ‘WAP’ hitmaker does drugs and calls her ‘a brain dead Moron’ in an attempt to defend the controversial influencer, who is banned from Meta platforms.

AceShowbizCardi B has spoken up for herself after she’s compared to controversial influencer Andrew Tate. The Bronx femcee has clapped back at MMA fighter Jake Shields, who cited her as a bad example for kids, in defense of Andrew.

In an attempt to defend Andrew after news broke of his removal from Meta platforms, Facebook and Instagram, Jake tweeted on Thursday, August 18, “People are freaking out about young boys looking up to Andrew Tate but totally fine with young girls looking up to Cardi B and the Kardashians.”

“Tate’s main message is stop being lazy and making excuses and go work hard and get in shape and make money,” the former UFC fighter added in a separate tweet, before making allegations against the “WAP” hitmaker, “Cardi’s is go do drugs, f**k random men and go through life as a brain dead moron.”

Catching wind of his tweets, Cardi didn’t let it slide. She defended herself as writing back, “I’m married, I don’t smoke weed, I don’t pop pills, I don’t do coke, I’m a mom of 2 kids and I do a lot of charity work.” She went on clapping back at Jake, “But hey let me put Cardi into it to defend a man who defends misogyny and rape.”

Andrew was recently banned from Meta platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, for violating Meta policies “on dangerous organizations and individuals.” Meanwhile, TikTok said that Andrew’s account was permanently banned due to misogynistic remarks.

“Misogyny is a hateful ideology that is not tolerated on TikTok,” a spokesperson for TikTok told NPR. “Our investigation into this content is ongoing, as we continue to remove violative accounts and videos, and pursue measures to strengthen our enforcement, including our detection models, against this type of content.”

Andrew, who describes himself as misogynist, had been banned from Twitter in 2017 after he said that women belong in the home and that rape victims “bear responsibility” for their attack.” In 2016, he was removed from reality TV series “Big Brother“, where he participated as a contestant, after a video of him attacking a woman surfaced online.
