Courteney was spotted sharing a laugh with her man before they descended the ladder to take the plunge into the Mediterranean.

They have spent days enjoying the delights of the Amalfi Coast, taking in the scenery in the fishing village of Nerano as well as Positano.

In previous interviews Courteney has offered glimpses into the habits that have helped keep her figure in such stupendous shape.

She once told Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop that staying fit is ‘not just about the results and wearing a bikini at 45’ but ‘about being healthy for me and my family.’

In a 2017 interview with New You magazine, she expounded on several of the workouts she has integrated into her exercise regimen.

‘I do Pilates three times a week with an amazing teacher, Jessica McTighe. I’m also into walking, then running. I walk for a minute, then I run for a minute. I try to do that for 30 minutes, three times a week,’ she said.

The Cougar Town star added: ‘For toning, I like to use those bands and walk across the floor sideways and then front. I also play tennis on Sundays.’

Where diet is concerned, she shared: ‘Luckily, some of my favorite foods in the world are vegetables. I just love kale, spinach, broccoli, asparagus. Anything green I crave. I also eat a lot of protein like steak, chicken, and some fish like tilapia.’
