‘We’ve collaborated on amazing stuff because I’m a musician too,’ he said, adding of his kids: ‘They support us and we support them. We all work together in different kinds of capacities.’
He previously also directed his daughter on 2005’s Loverboy, which has Kyra as its lead.
The musician added: ‘We like to work together, we don’t do it just because it’s family, we do it because we like the work, the creative process.’
He also opened up about what it’s like to be directed by his own wife: ‘I loved being directed by my wife… She’s a fantastic director.
‘She has a very clear vision both with the way things look and feel,’ and that what makes him the proudest is when she gives him tips and tweaks.’
