Emily Blunt cosies up to husband John Krasinski at the SAG Awards 2023

SAG Awards 2023: Emily Blunt looks incredible in a red figure hugging gown as she cosies up to husband John Krasinski on the red carpet

Emily Blunt cosied up to husband John Krasinski on Sunday at the 29th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards at Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.

The actress, 40, looked nothing short of sensational in an eye catching red cut out maxi dress as she stepped out with her actor beau, 43, on the red carpet.

Emily showcased her incredible figure in the garment which boasted a square neckline and a pretty flower detailing up the front.

She accessorised with a chunky silver dazzling snake choker and donned matching small hoop earrings.

The Devil Wears Prada star styled her shoulder length blonde tresses in loose waves and applied a flawless palette of makeup including a swipe of bold red lipstick.

Meanwhile her husband cut a dapper figure in a black pinstripe double breasted blazer and matching suit trousers.

The Office actor added a crisp white shirt, a patterned dark tie and black shiny shoes to the smart evening outfit.

The Hollywood couple looked more loved up than ever as they wrapped an arm around one another to pose for photos at the star studded events.

Emily is up for the Outstanding Performance by a female actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series award for her role in The English.

She is up against Amanda Seyfried in The Dropout, Jessica Chastain in George & Tammy, Julia Garner in Inventing Anna and Niecy Nash-Betts Dahmer in Monster.

It comes after John showered his wife Emily with plenty of praise in an interview in January.

Emily and John have been married for 13 years and share two daughters together Hazel, nine, and Violet, seven.

He told Parade: ‘I wouldn’t be anywhere in my life without her. On a daily basis, but certainly in a career-wise, as a dad, she pushes me to be better every single day at everything I do.’

John added that he looks ‘forward to the next day cause I know it’ll be better than the one before.’

Krasinski recently joked that the girls think their mother took pity on him when they married, because they think he was working in an actual ‘office’, not realizing that he actually starred on comedy series The Office.

He revealed the hilarious anecdote earlier this month while appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

He shared the that kids enjoyed watching his wife in Mary Poppins, and stated, ‘I think my kids thought she had married me out of charity, like, “You’re so nice to marry an accountant” because they don’t know what I do.’
