The bombshell rocked her brunette locks styled with bangs and flawless beach waves, framing her sensational looks.

The model kept it cosy but stylish as she enjoyed a romantic dinner date at Mayfair 22 with Orazio Rispo. 

The New York City-born DJ – who is the son of a luxury property baron – kept it cosy with brown trousers and a khaki T-shirt.

The owner of the iconic Brooklyn’s Halcyon Records Shop sported an open denim shirt and kept it cosy with a pair of vintage AirFore trainers.

The pair is now not new to the spotlight, as they have been seen on several outings together since being spotted kissing on a date in October – just a month after she filed from divorce from film producer Sebastian Bear-McClard.

Though she has been enjoying the company of many high profile dates with a cornucopia of men, Orazio seems to be her most consistent romantic-interest.

Emily and estranged husband Sebastian share two-year-old son Sylvester Apollo.

Emily filed for divorce in September after four years of marriage, according to Page Six, after he allegedly cheated on her.

News of the cheating allegations came in July, with a source close to the outlet claiming he’s a ‘serial cheater,’ ‘gross’ and a ‘dog.’

She married actor and producer Sebastian in 2018 on February 23, 2018 in a New York City courthouse.

Emily has enjoyed a dating hot streak in the midst of her divorce as after being seen with Orazio, she was seen enjoying a steamy kiss with artist Jack Greer outside her apartment in New York back in December.

She was also rumored to be first dating SNL alum Pete Davidson in November when they were spotted on a dinner date in the Big Apple.

Soon after was their first public sighting as Pete and Emily were seen together at a New York Knicks versus the Memphis Grizzlies on November 27.

Then in January of this year she was seen on a date with comedian Eric Andre who she dated for a month.

Most recently Emily was seen making out Olivia Wilde’s ex Harry Styles on the streets of Tokyo in images exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com back in March.

But things between Emily and the DJ appear to be getting more serious, as the model also brought along her son Sylvester, two, during an outing in New York City back in April.

Emily was previously linked comedian Eric Andre; their short-lived romance was punctuated with a viral photos they shared featuring Eric nude except for a heart emoji covering up his privates and Emily turned to the side wearing only a sheer bra and no panties.

Prior to Eric, Emily was linked to also Pete Davidson, Jack Greer and Brad Pitt.
