Harry Styles, 28, has surprised fans further this afternoon as a video has emerged of the Don’t Worry Darling leading man refusing to stand with his girlfriend and movie director Olivia Wilde, 38. In the Twitter video, the singer is seen politely declining a request to stand next to his girlfriend on the red carpet.

Harry and Olivia attended the Venice Film Festival premiere of their new movie Don’t Worry Darling.

The singer turned actor plays the lead role in the movie, while Olivia directs and also stars.

In a new viral clip shared on Twitter, Harry can be seen turning down a request from a member of Olivia’s team for him to switch positions on last night’s red carpet.

The video shows Olivia, Harry, and his castmates lining up for a group photo in front of the world’s cameras.

Harry is seen taking his position between co-stars Gemma Chan and Sydney Chandler before a staff member gestures for him to move to stand next to Olivia.

Harry seems to refuse, staying in position between his co-stars.

Harry and Olivia fell for each other on the set of Don’t Worry Darling last year.

The singer got the role in the Hollywood movie after the original actor Shia LaBeouf needed to be replaced.

The pair were seen holding hands at his agent’s wedding in January last year, shortly after her split from Jason Sudeikis.

Since then the couple have rarely appeared in public together or spoken about their relationship.

There has been several rumours on the Don’t Worry Darling set hitting the surface in recent months.

A report from Page Six in July claimed that Florence was upset that Olivia was getting intimate with Harry so soon after her split with Jason.

The source claimed: “I can tell you for a fact that Flo seeing Olivia and Harry all over each other on set did not go down well.”

Adding further fuel to these claims, Florence has barely promoted Don’t Worry Darling, sparking more rumours of a friction between the cast.

Florence did fly in for the Venice premiere however, but missed the photocall and press conference for the film.

The reason Olivia gave when questioned over Florence’s absence, was that the actress was filming her next movie Dune 2 in Budapest.

However, the actress was later pictured in a blue co-ord enjoying cocktails in Venice.
