Jacqueline Jossa and Dan Osborne on make or break holiday after alleged assault at party

Jacqueline Jossa celebrated her 30th birthday last week when her husband Dan Osborne was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and actual bodily harm after a fight broke out following her lavish party. Dan has publicly talked about his arrest.

And according to reports from The Sun, the couple have allegedly jetted out to the Maldives on a "make or break holiday".

The publication has reported that Dan, 31, whisked Jac, 30, away on a luxury holiday after he was alleged to have been involved in a "mass brawl" that broke out in the early hours of the morning during her birthday celebrations.

OK! has approached representatives for Jacqueline and Dan for comment.

The alleged incident is believed to have happened at their Essex home on November 6 after they left the event venue, at The Grand Marquee, and carried on the party. Police were reportedly called to their property.

Mum of two Jacqueline was said to have been in tears when former TOWIE star, Dan, was reportedly taken away in cuffs and held overnight on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH).

Jacqueline – who shares daughters Ella, seven, and four year old Mia – with Dan shared how she "can't wait" to get Christmassy at home this year in a snap on her Instagram story.

She wrote: "Can't wait to get wayyy too Christmassy with my beautiful family.

"We went to the real lapland last year, which was totally brilliant but, I do love being at home building up to Christmas."

Jac added that she and her "beautiful" family have a lot planned in the run-up to Christmas.

"Got lots planned, I feel like everything slows down perfectly around Xmas time and what really matters in life is at the front of everyone's minds," she shared.

And it has been reported that Jacqueline is said to be standing by Dan, with the hopes that they can move on from the alleged incident.

"She's 100 per cent behind Dan on this. In fact Jacqueline believes Dan is very much the victim in all this," a source told MailOnline.

"Yes things kicked off, but Dan wasn't responsible for that and was actually attempting to calm everything down.

The source continued: "She's got no doubt he will be cleared of any wrongdoing and is standing by him and supporting him totally."

Before the alleged incident, Dan and Jacqueline were reportedly seen looking happy as they enjoyed her 30th birthday celebrations.

Celebs such as former TOWIE star James 'Arg' Argent and EastEnders actress Shona McGarty attended the star-studded bash.

A representative for Dan previously told The Sun: "What I can say is that Dan felt provoked during the incident and is confident that he will clear his name when the full details become clear.”
