Kate Ferdinand ‘in a much better place’ after devastating miscarriage as she shares beautiful family photos
Kate Ferdinand has spoken about being “in a much better place” after recently revealing the heartbreaking news that she’d suffered a miscarriage.
The 31 year old took to social media last month to revealthe devastating loss of her second unborn child with husband Rio Ferdinand after attending a 12 week scan.
After taking a break from social media in recent weeks, Kate has returned to Instagram where she has given her 1.4million followers an update of her “whirlwind couple of weeks”.
In the snaps shared to the platform, Kate posted a series of pictures and videos of herself and her loved ones as she enjoyed some quality family time.
In one of the pictures, Kate could be seen visiting some horses alongside her one year old son Cree while another showed the pair walking the family’s adorable pet dogs.
Meanwhile a clip uploaded to the site showed Cree showing off his incredible speaking skills as he said phrases including “love you”, “mamma” and “see you soon”, with proud mum Kate unable to contain her joy.
Kate and her 43 year old beau Rio could also be seen making the most of the great outdoors as they took part in a running race around their garden.
Alongside the post, Kate wrote: “Every now & then life forces you to slow down, take each day as it comes & find pleasure in the small things [red heart emoji],”
“It’s been a whirlwind couple of weeks but I’m feeling in a much better place than the last time I spoke with you all.”
She continued: “Really enjoying the break off of socials & the quality family time … so grateful for my kids for keeping me busy, making me laugh & also driving me crazy all at once [laughing emoji],” she continued.
“I don’t normally share piks with emojis on – but these ones were too cute not too”.
Following the post, Kate’s followers were quick to send the star messages of support, with one Instagram user writing: “Gorgeous family and I love seeing your little chef busy at work xx”.
Another wrote: “Lovely pics of you all. Absolutely the right thing to do. Glad you’re feeling rested and a little bit stronger. Xx”.
