Katherine Ryan and AJ Odudu lead glamorous stars at Comedy Awards

Katherine Ryan and AJ Odudu were among the celebs to bring the glamour to the 2023 Comedy Awards for Stand Up To Cancer on Friday evening.

The pair were among an array of stars to attend the awards ceremony at the Roundhouse in London on 17 February, to celebrate the very best of comedic talent in the UK.

Katherine Ryan, 39, who gave birth to her third child Fenna Grace back in December, posed proudly with her award for Outstanding Female Comedy Entertainment Performer, as she brought smart glamour to the red carpet in a suit.

The mum of three wore a pair of black trousers and a matching black jacket which she paired with a delicate silver necklace and earrings.

The Canadian comedian wore her hair in an up-do with face-framing curls and wore a pair of luscious lashes with a bold pink lip shade.

Meanwhile, AJ Odudu, 35, dazzled in a sequinned jumpsuit for the event, looking confident as she stuck a pose backstage with her hand on her hip.

The presenter paired her silver jumpsuit with a pair of black high heels and kept her jewellery simple, wearing just a pair of silver hoop earrings so as to not distract attention away from her statement look.

She wore her hair in a long, straight style with a neat fringe and completed her look with a splash of shimmering eyeshadow and a French manicure.

She was joined at the event by Joe Lycett, who picked up a Comedy Game Changer Award in recognition of his work to inspire social change through comedy, including his work highlighting inequalities faced by the LGTBQ+ community during the Qatar World Cup.

The comedian, 34, posed alongside Taskmasker star Bridget Christie, 51, at the ceremony, with the pair looking luxurious in their red carpet looks.

Joe wore a white shirt and a pair of black trousers, which he wore under a black frilly jacket. He also clutched a red lip clutch bag and wore a pale pink manicure.

Bridget wore a shiny purple catsuit with matching gloves, which she paired with thigh high black boots. The comedian completed her daring look with an oversized silk shirt and a black and gold clutch bag worn over one shoulder.

Also joining the star studded guests was Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing.

The reality star, 34, attended the ceremony in a simple look of a crisp blue t-shirt paired with a pair of burgundy trousers as he smiled for photos backstage.

Celebs to win big at the event included Ricky Gervais, whose show After Life picked up three awards.

Lee Mack was named Outstanding Male Comedy Entertainment Performer, while Derry Girls star Saoirse Monica Jackson received the award for Best Comedy Actress.

Mo Gilligan was also awarded the Impact in Comedy Award, while Chris and Rosie Ramsey picked up the award for Best Comedy Podcast.
