Kyle Richards, 54, explains HOW she stays so skinny

Kyle Richards, 54, explains HOW she stays so skinny after denying she uses weight loss drug Ozempic: ‘1 hour of alternating between walking at 3.5mph and running at 6mph’

Kyle Richards, 54, showed off her exceptionally skinny figure in a few workout selfies she shared to her social media on Sunday.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared a shot of herself in a black bra and black leggings with her brunette tresses pulled up into a bun.

She captioned the shot: ‘1 hour of alternating between walking at a 10% incline at 3.5mph and running flat at 6mph. Now ab work & arms.’

She tagged her trainer @corygfitness in the post and added a ‘hello Sunday’ graphic to the post.

The beauty has previously denied claims that she used the controversial weight loss drug Ozempic to achieve her skinny figure.

The reality star snapped the photo in her bathroom and also shared one of her on the treadmill and one of the stats from her completed gym session.

Kyle has shared snaps of herself in the small, home gym in the past while enjoying fitness routines.

The TV personality has recently slammed rumors that claim she is taking the medication Ozempic to achieve weight loss.

The drug is usually prescribed to individuals who have type 2 diabetes and need to improve their blood sugar.

In 2021, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved Ozempic to be used by individuals suffering from general obesity.

Richards spoke out against the ‘frustrating’ rumors last month in February, and told Page Six at the time, ‘I had never heard of it.’

‘I had heard of it when they accused me, but I’d already lost weight by the time I had heard about Ozempic, so it was really frustrating to me,’ she explained to the outlet.

The star continued, ‘What I don’t want to get lost in this is that I want to be able to inspire people.’

Kyle expressed that her slimmer figure was simply due to a healthier lifestyle as well as sobriety.

‘I stopped drinking almost seven months ago, I don’t eat bad, sugar, pizza, donuts, carbs … so I’d rather be inspiring than people making up stories about me,’ and added that she stops by the gym, ‘for two hours every day.’

The reality star adamantly stated, ‘I’ve never tried Ozempic, none of those diet drugs and now hearing that diabetics can’t even get their hands on it, it would be extremely irresponsible to do that so it’s extra offensive to me.’

Later last month, Kyle once again defended herself when Real Housewives Of New Jersey star, Melissa Gorga, accused Richards of taking the medication to achieve her slim frame.

In the comment section of an Instagram post, the star, who is currently married to real estate broker Mauricio Umansky, 52, clapped back at a social media user who claimed she was taking the drug while also stating a Real Housewives star ‘told on’ her, per Page Six.

‘This is not true,’ she simply stated, adding, ‘MY fellow Housewives never said such a thing. Another Housewife from a different franchise aka Melissa stated she assumed I was but then texted an apology to me.’

Melissa Gorga had called out Kyle for taking Ozempic during an appearance on Sirius XM’s Jeff Lewis Live in January.

However, she later explained that after Richards publicly slammed the rumors, she took back what she had originally said about the fellow reality star.
