Kylie Jenner makes a stylish departure from Paris Fashion Week

‘Until next time’: Kylie Jenner turns the airport runway into her catwalk as she rocks a mini skirt, leather boots and her favourite $150k Hermes Birkin for Paris Fashion Week departure

She’s had a wild week of runway shows and partying in Paris.

But Kylie Jenner waved goodbye to the French capital and Fashion Week early on Tuesday morning, sharing photos from the airport.

The US star continued her fashion parade for the flight home to Los Angeles, teaming a tiny mini skirt with black leather boots.

Kylie posed up a storm for her Instagram snaps, showing off her leather look as she relaxed in a private lounge before jetting off.

The mom of two looked gorgeous in her black mini with a pair of calf-length leather boots and an oversized jacket.

She hid any signs of Fashion Week fatigue behind a pair of dark shades for the photos.

The jet setter made sure her luggage matched her aesthetic, showing off her ‘favourite’ rare Hermès Birkin handbag made from crocodile skin that is said to be worth around $150,000.

In 2018, while giving a tour of her purse closet at her home, described the bag as being ‘very special.’

‘If my house was on fire, I would take this one, out of all of them, if I could only chose one,’ she said, while adding that she sees her collection of handbags as ‘an investment.’

Kylie enjoyed a whirlwind few days at PFW, hopping from FROW to FROW, including the Balenciaga and Balmain shows.

The star did skip her former brother-in-law Kanye West’s headlines grabbing show on Monday night though.

Kanye made a statement at his surprise Yeezy fashion show in Paris, wearing a black sweatshirt with the slogan ‘White Lives Matter’ written across it.

Fashion models in the rapper’s show also wore clothing with the message written across it, a response to the Black Lives Matter movement that was founded in 2013 following the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman.

Also posing with West, 43, was the right-wing commentator Candace Owens, who beamed while wearing a complementary version of the ‘White Lives Matter’ shirt, and Kanye’s daughter North West, nine, was even roped into the event.

The move is another in West’s distancing himself from the mainstream of black politics.

Famously in 2005, West made international news when he appeared on a telethon for the victims of Hurricane Katrina and declared: ‘George Bush doesn’t care about black people.’

Since then however, Kanye has aligned himself with right-wing figures such as Owens, as well as former President Donald Trump, regularly sporting a Make America Great Again baseball hat in public.

During a May 2018 interview regarding his support of Trump, West said: ‘Racism isn’t  the deal-breaker for me. If that was the case, I wouldn’t live in America.’
