Mike Tindall jokes his wife Zara struggles to see him in his pants

I’m A Celebrity 2022: ‘Just think how Zara feels!’ Mike Tindall jokes his royal wife struggles to look at him in his pants as Sue Cleaver bursts into tears and exclaims it’s ‘f***ing traumatic’

Mike Tindall joked that his royal wife Zara struggled to look at him in his pants after Sue Cleaver described the sight of him in his underwear as ‘f**king traumatic’ during Sunday’s episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

Coronation Street actress Sue, 59, was comforted by former rugby player Mike, 44, as she broke down into tears when she had a difficult morning after feeling overwhelmed in camp.

In the Bush Telegraph Sue said: ‘I should be really excited that no-one’s going home, I’m just feeling a little bit low. I’m homesick, I’m tired. I’ve hit a wall.’

Awkward: Mike Tindall joked that his royal wife Zara struggled to look at him in his pants after Sue Cleaver described the sight as ‘f**king traumatic’ on Sunday’s I’m A Celebrity

Heading off to the camp RV, Sue shed some tears, prompting Mike to walk over and give her a hug in a bid to comfort her.

Sue told him: ‘I’m just having a moment, that’s all. Just one of those mornings, I don’t want to do a trial, I don’t want to do a challenge, I don’t want to eat the s**t. I don’t want to sleep with you.’

Mike laughed: ‘Agh, I get that. Just think how Zara feels.”

Broken: Mike said of Sue: ‘She’s tough inside, she just had a little moment today. Hey, everyone, in this environment, completely expected’

In the Bush Telegraph, Mike said of Sue: ‘She’s tough inside, she just had a little moment today. Hey, everyone, in this environment, completely expected.’

Mike told Sue: ‘I’ll look after you. I just didn’t think it was that traumatic seeing me in my pants…’

Sue laughed: ‘It’s f**king traumatic.’

Sportsman Mike has sported a number of skimpy budgie smugglers during time on the show.

He left little to the imagination after he squeezed into some bright swimwear with a tropical-themed pattern for a dip in the camp creek this week.

Skimpy: It comes after Mike sported some skimpy budgie smugglers during Wednesday’s episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Lioness Jill Scott later told the Bush Telegraph even the ‘freezing’ water, couldn’t stop the Royal from donning his snazzy speedos.

She said: ‘It’s freezing in there [the creek] but nothing stops Mike from turning up in his little budgie smugglers.’

‘He’s got a few different pairs from what I can see and he’s getting more confident, showing them off daily.’

Saucy: He left little to the imagination after he squeezed into the bright tropical-patterned swimwear for a dip in the camp creek

On Sunday’s episode Mike was accused of wearing his wife Zara’s bikini bottoms by cheeky hosts Ant & Dec’

Mike again took a dip in the creek, the camera cut to the co-hosts with Ant teasing: ‘I tell you what did come as a shock, what about that swimwear?

‘I want to know what Zara was thinking of that… “That’s where my bikini bottoms went!”‘

Amusing anecdote: Mike’s tiny trunks have been the talk of camp so far, but it comes after revealed he has had an awkward encounter with Princess Anne and a pair of boxers

It came Mike after revealed he once ripped his trousers and flashed his boxers which read ‘nibble my nuts’ to the Princess Anne.

Mike made the hilarious confession during Monday’s episode, admitting he had a problem with ‘exaggerated dancing’ at special occasions,

Mike said he often ‘s**t drops’ and tears his clothing.

Discussing smart attire in camp, he explained: ‘I love a suit. My problem with suits is I over exaggerate dancing at weddings… I rip a lot of suits, trousers and stuff.’

Comedian Seann Walsh laughed: ‘Course you do.’

Mike continued: ‘The old sl*t drop gets me every time.

Red-faced: Mike said he performed a ‘s**t drip’ at wife Zara’s 30th birthday party to reveal his underwear which said ‘nibble my nuts’ to which Princess Anne (pictured) said: ’I’d rather not’

‘I went to a wedding, ripped a suit, they were like, “Oh my God, what are you going to do?” I was like, “Don’t worry I’ve got a spare.” They were like, “Who brings a spare suit?”

‘Someone who rips a lot of trousers brings a spare suit.’

He added: ‘Zara had like a 30th birthday, it was a disco 70s themed one, I was dancing on the dance floor, I had like flares on, full outfit but it was quite tight, nothing ever fits – rugby player’s bum and legs – so I was dancing with my mother-in-law and I did a sl*t drop in front of my mother-in-law.’

Mike, who shares children Mia, eight, Lena, four, and Lucas, one, with Zara, continued: ‘Ripped my trousers, straight in front of her. It happened to be that my boxers that I had on at that time said “nibble my nuts”.’

The amusing tale prompted Seann and fellow comedian Babatúndé Aléshé to applaud him.
