Heather Mills looked stylish and sophisticated as she made a rare red carpet appearance in a glittering red jumpsuit, while her once long locks were fashioned into a short and straight blonde bob.

The 55-year-old, who was married to Paul McCartney for six years and had a daughter, Beatrice, 19, with him, showed up solo for the London screening of crime thriller Marlowe.

Heather completed her glamorous look with a slick of red lipstick and minimalist earrings.

The model first came to public attention in 1993 when she had to have her leg amputated following a traffic collision with a police bike.

Since then, the star has become a trail-blazing campaigner for issues affecting the disabled, with her passions including raising funds for landmine victims.
