Perrie Edwards shares heartwarming family Christmas snap with son Axel

Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards has shared adorable snaps of her family Christmas with footballer fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and their son Axel.

Axel, who was born in August 2021, looked to be enjoying Christmas as he smiled with his parents in front of the tree in one snap and also appeared to be enjoying his Christmas dinner in another.

In one of the festive pictures Little Mix singer Perrie shared, she is beaming alongside doting dad Alex as the family pose in front of an elaborately styled Christmas tree and gold train set.

In another snap, Axel can be seen eating his mini Christmas dinner including vegetables with a red party hat and remnants of a Christmas cracker.

Perrie shared the cute family pictures to her Instagram and her 16.6 million followers, as she wrote: "Christmas shenanigans! I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas."

Fans were quick to comment on how adorable Axel looked as he enjoyed his Christmas. One fan commented: "Can’t cope with his little Xmas din din".

Another shared: "This is the cutest thing ever i have tears".

A third wrote: "axel’s cheeky little smile melts my heart".

"Axel sat there with his carrots and broccoli I can’t," added another.

The Christmas snaps aren't the first time we've seen Perrie's beautiful little family as the singer regularly shares pictures from family holidays and events. Earlier in the month, Perrie shared snaps from the family's sunshine getaway in Dubai.

She and fiancé Alex headed to Dubai with Axel as the family got stuck in to everything from beach trips to visiting a local souk.

In a series of snaps on Instagram, Perrie showed family time at the beach, a boat ride out to see the sights and also taking in the culture at a local souk. In one snap, beaming parents Perrie and Alex could be seen laughing with a happy Axel carried in Alex's arms.

With her holiday and Christmas celebrations, Perrie has been enjoying some much needed downtime with her family since Little Mix, the band which first catapulted her to stardom, announced their hiatus earlier this year.

The hiatus was initially thought to be a pause rather than a band breakup but speculation of a permanent split has since begun to gain more traction. Fuelling the rumours of the band breaking up for good is the revelation that the band’s company Eternal Magic Touring, had appointed a voluntary liquidator on November 17th.
