Pink seems to shade Christina Aguilera about Lady Marmalade video

Pink seems to shade Christina Aguilera while talking about their Lady Marmalade music video, continuing the rumored feud between the singers

Pink appeared to subtly throw shade at Christina Aguilera while talking about the Lady Marmalade music video.

In an interview with BuzzFeed UK, the Raise Your Glass singer, 43, fueled rumors that the two iconic singers have had a decades-long feud.

It presumably began after the two singers collaborated on the song along with Lil Kim and Mya back in 2001, though both singers have claimed that there is no beef.

The beauty was asked to rank her favorite 12 music videos and immediately threw Lady Marmalade at the bottom.

Pink explained that ‘it wasn’t very fun to make.’

She continued: ‘I’m all about fun, and it was, like, a lot of fuss, and there were some personalities.’

The shade went on when she mentioned, ‘Kim and Mya were nice,’ but notably left Christina, 42, out of that sentiment.

In 2017, Pink claimed that the Ain’t No Other Man songstress ‘swung on me in a club.’

However, she also went on to share that the two have since squashed their beef and that they’re ‘fine’ with each other.

‘Actually, she swung on me in a club, which was hilarious. I was like, ‘What’s happening right now? What’s happening?”

In response to that claim, Christina shared that she has a different memory from that night.

‘I seem to have a different memory of a night we had at a club where we played spin the bottle. I have a love memory.’

The blonde beauty went on to say, ‘Wait, wait. Look at her; look at me. I wouldn’t swing on her. She can beat my ass. She could really beat my ass then.’

Glittered: During the interview Pink said that the video wasn’t ‘fun to make’

During another interview on Watch What Happens Live, the Try singer said: ‘We were super young and super new at the whole thing.

‘I think I’m an alpha, and she’s an alpha. And I’m used to taking my altercations physical, and she’s used to having them verbal.

She stated that she and the hitmaker are ‘just very different’ people.

Despite a feud emerging from working on Lady Marmalade together, several good things came from the collaboration.

The song was originally written by Bob Crewe and Kenny Nolan in 1974 and was recorded by Labelle, the American R&B group.
