Rihanna’s son labelled ‘beautiful’ in adorable video of tot with famous mum
Rihanna had a rather adorable interruption to her work-out routine, as her 10-month-old son, appeared to get in the way.
The singer, 35, took to Instagram to share a sweet video of herself holding her son, which she captioned: "Look who don’t want mommy to workout."
And while Rihanna's face is off-screen, she can be seen wearing a black sports bra from her fashion brand Savage X Fenty, as she carries her son.
The tot appears to be watching a TV programme as he smiles into the distance while wriggling in his famous mum's arms, as she says "please", seemingly wanting to continue her exercise routine as normal.
Fans were quick to comment on the sweet clip, with many labelling the youngster "beautiful", and one fan wrote: "The baby is baby-ing…. Mommy fenty skin is skin-ing!… everything just so adorable."
"My baby fever just kicked in" commented another, while a third wrote: "Look at all of those teeeeef!!! So blessed."
And a fourth added: "Omg baby Fenty he so cute" while even more remarked on how much he resembled both Rihanna and A$AP Rocky.
It comes after the Diamonds singer announced that she is expecting her second child.
She shared the news in true A-list fashion as she unvieled her blossoming baby bump during her highly anticipated headline slot at the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show.
She kicked off the live performance, her first in seven years, suspended high above the stadium and dressed in all red.
With a knowing look to the camera she opened her jacket and stroked her pronounced stomach, with fans speculating the move to be a pregnancy announcement. This was the confirmed by her representatives.
Speaking ahead of the show, Rihanna said there was “something exhilarating” about the challenge of the performance, and that following the birth of her son she felt like she could “take on the world”.
“When you become a mom, there’s something that just happens where you feel like you could take on the world,” she said at the Apple Music pre-game press conference. "You can do anything, and the Super Bowl is one of the biggest stages in the world.
“So as scary as that was, because I haven’t been on stage in seven years, there’s something exhilarating about the challenge of it all.
“And it’s important for me to do this, this year it’s important for representation and it’s important for my son to see that.”
