Sofia Carson Performed at UNICEF Event as New Netflix Movie ‘Purple Hearts’ Hit No 1
Sofia Carson hit the stage at the LuisaViaRoma for UNICEF event held at La Certosa di San Giacomo on Saturday (July 30) in Capri, Italy.
The 29-year-old singer, actress and UNICEF ambassador performed her new song “Come Back Home” from her new movie Purple Hearts, which released on Netflix the day before.
Also in attendance were Emily In Paris‘ Ashley Park and TikTok stars Khaby Lame and Blake Gray.
“The moment I sang ‘Come Back Home’ live for the very first time, as our movie and soundtrack went #1 in the whole entire world. I could relive this moment forever. Be still my Purple Heart 💜,” Sofia captioned a video from the event. “Thank you @unicefitalia @luisaviaroma…🌙”
At the time of this post, Purple Hearts is still the No 1 movie on Netflix in the US, while the soundtrack is the No 2 album overall on the iTunes chart.
It is also No 1 on the soundtrack album chart, while also taking the top 3 songs spots for “I Didn’t Know,” “Come Back Home” and “I Hate the Way” for soundtrack songs chart.
