'Yellowstone' actor wants court to force estranged wife out of home, more news

Get out!

Kevin Costner is claiming that his estranged wife, Christine, is refusing to pack up and leave the duo’s home. Here’s the problem: the prenuptial agreement says she has to go. TMZ obtained documents where the “Yellowstone” star asked the court to essentially force Christine out, alleging that she’s had plenty of time to vacate the home after filing for divorce in early May. Plus, the Oscar winner said he’s already given his ex nearly $1.5 million for a new place per his obligations under the prenup. Kevin owns three homes and a prenup, signed back in 2004, states that Christine would have to leave any property in the event of a split. Court documents note that Kevin is willing to contribute $10,000 for her move, and he’s open to paying $30,000 a month for a rental house as part of his child support obligations.

Mea culpa

Regrets, Andy Cohen has one. While speaking about the “Vanderpump Rules” reunion with Variety, Andy said he believed Raquel Leviss was “medicated.” He’s now taking it back. “I think it was, maybe, wrong of me to speculate on that. But to me, she sat there [and] she took it all on the chin like a champ. Those people all had stuff to say to her and they were relentless and she just sat there and took it,” he said on his SiriusXM Radio Andy show. “I didn’t know that she would be able to [get through the reunion] which is probably why I hypothesized [that]. Given my years of experience in these forums, I would’ve thought that she would’ve walked off way sooner and maybe walked into her car never to having been seen again.” Following the reunion, Raquel checked into a mental health facility.

‘Fine on her own’

He’s out there somewhere. Jennifer Aniston has been single since splitting with Justin Theroux in 2018, but she believes love is still in her future. “In her gut, Jen believes she’ll eventually meet the right person,” a source told Us Weekly. “But she’s not going to beat herself up if it doesn’t happen.” However, Jen is “fine on her own,” the source maintained. Late last year the “Murder Mystery 2” star opened up about her struggles to conceive in her late 30s and 40s. But the 54-year-old is comfortable in her skin now. “[Jennifer] in a great place. She’s happy, healthy and fulfilled by her career, family and friends,” a separate source told Us. “[She’s] been through a lot, but she feels blessed to be thriving personally and professionally.”

Wheeling and dealing

Spinning her wheels — or so she hopes! Whoopi Goldberg is throwing her hat into the ring in regard to the “Wheel of Fortune” hosting role, which will soon be open after Pat Sajak steps down. “I want that job,” she said on “The View.” “I think it would be lots of fun.” While the “Sister Act” actress is making it known she wants the gig, there are other names being batted around, too. A Bloomberg reporter said Ryan Seacrest has been “talking” to producers. Still, Vanna White seems to be the odds-on favorite to take over the job, as she’s filled in for Pat several times. “She’s done it in the past. It stays with the brand,” Variety’s Marc Malkin said. “A lot of people, when it comes to television, they don’t want to shake up and one thing has changed too much. Vanna White is a guarantee that I think the show will still have its staying power.” Pat’s daughter, Maggie Sajak, is also a rumored name. Or, similar to “Jeopardy!” after Alex Trebek passed, “Wheel” could use rotating guests hosts. Let the wheelin’ and dealin’ begin.

Pronoun exhaustion

Demi Lovato used the they/them pronouns for a short time before switching back to the she/her pronouns. In a new interview, she said the change was due to exhaustion. “I constantly had to educate people and explain why I identified with those pronouns. It was absolutely exhausting,” she told GQ Hype Spain. “I just got tired. But for that very reason I know that it is important to continue spreading the word.” The “Cool For The Summer” singer still wants more inclusivity where possible. “I face this every day. For example, in public toilets. Having to access the women’s bathroom, even though I don’t completely identify with it,” she said. “Or it also happens when filling out forms, such as government documents or any other where you have to specify your gender. You only have two options, male and female, and I feel like none of that makes sense to me.” She continued, “I see myself conditioned to choose a woman because there are no more. I think this has to change. Hopefully with time there will be more options.”

Physical altercation

Kim Zolciak punched her husband in the back of his head the day before filing for divorce, he alleged. In fact, it appears the assault was on video. A May 4 police report, obtained by ET, from the Milton Police Department says officers responded to Kim and Kroy’s Georgia home after the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star reported a domestic dispute. She alleged that Kroy locked up many expensive valuables and passport in a safe and hid the key. Kroy, though, said the items were marital property and set to be liquidated to help pay down a massive debt the couple had accumulated. Cops opened the safe and didn’t find purses as Kim claimed. Further, Kroy told police that he and his now-ex got into an argument over the items, leading Kim to punch him in the back of the head. Per the report, Kroy produced a video of the alleged altercation but declined to press charges.
