A three-bed house in Birmingham is up for sale for just £45,000, featuring a ghastly toilet that looks like the one in Trainspotting.
From the outside, the property looks like an average semi-detached house. Inside, the problems are immediately apparent.
Venture inside though, and the state of the property will send you into an immediate state of shock and dismay.
The interior has no carpet whatsoever, with debris littered everywhere. The hallway has badly-stained walls and a bare stairwell. In the living room, a door off its hinges is propped up against the wall.
The bathroom is the most hideous part of the house, with a scum-filled sink and filthy toilet evoking scenes of Renton, played by Ewan McGregor, in the epic 1996 film Trainspotting.
