She told Fabulous: "I think everyone loves a Home Bargains shopping trip.

"You go in with the intention of buying nothing and come out with like £100 worth of shopping.

"The only tip I can really give is that the staff stack the shelves either first thing in the morning or at night depending what shop it is.

"So the best time to get something you want – if it’s always sold out – is to go to Home Bargains in the morning.

"If it’s been restocked, then it would be in then."

Recently even beauty lovers have been hitting the shop as people have been raving about the £2.49 skincare that's said to leave skin feeling hydrated and firm.

Shopper Elaine Thomson claimed the Skincare Revolution 'hyaluronic acid and retinol night cream' is amazing, and she's been left "delighted" with the results.

She sung the product's praises on social media, writing on Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, where she said: "I bought it for my partner as he slaps on my expensive stuff.

"I gave it a try as his skin was looking hydrated and it’s excellent.

"Not greasy, doesn’t leave your skin tacky feels lightweight and sinks in."

The post soon attracted several comments, and many seem keen to snap up the cheap cream.

With the cost of living rising for many, you can't beat beauty on a budget at the moment.
