James Kennedy is one step closer to become the No. 1 guy on “Vanderpump Rules, as he recently upgraded from an apartment to a million-dollar home.

The reality star, 31, purchased a a $1.35 million three-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch in Burbank, Calif., in March, according to Zillow.

“James Kennedy’s a homeowner!” he exclaimed during part two of the “Vanderpump Rules” reunion, which aired Wednesday.

The British DJ’s co-stars immediately began applauding and congratulating him on the major accomplishment.

“Thank you guys, it’s been a dream. It’s been a long time coming,” he replied.

“It’s a really cute three-bedroom little gray home,” he described. “It’s got a pool in the back, it’s got a dream studio to be in.”

Kennedy added that while he purchased the abode on his own, his girlfriend of over a year, Ally Lewber, will eventually be moving in along with her cats.

The 1,300-square-foot, single-story property is located in the “heart of a highly desired neighborhood” in California’s San Fernando Valley, per its Zillow listing.

The home – which was originally built in 1940 – was newly redesigned and transformed with a new roof, windows, hardwood floors and even stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

The outside of the home also features new fencing and tidy landscaping with tiny cacti lining the front of the freshly painted gray home with wooden paneling.

Kennedy selected a property ideal for entertaining, as the inside flows seamlessly into the backyard, which includes an in-ground pool and covered patio area.

The listing even stated that the house is close to local schools – just in case Kennedy and Lewber, 27, plan on raising more than just cats.

The couple previously lived together in a two-bedroom apartment that was featured on the most recent season of “Vanderpump Rules.”

It’s unclear if fans will see the new home on the next installment of the hit Bravo series, as producers are taking “a minute” to figure out casting since Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ shocking affair has completely divided the cast.
