Marcus Rashford fiancée: England footballers romance with childhood sweetheart including romantic proposal

England star Marcus Rashford packed on the PDA by locking lips with his fiancée after scoring twice in the World Cup game on Tuesday night against Wales in Qatar.

The 25 year old striker was supported from the stands by his gorgeous partner Lucia Loi, who wore a Three Lions shirt with his name and number emblazoned on the back paired with a pair of blue denim jeans.

Who is Marcus Rashford's fiancée Lucia Loi?

Lucia Loi, 24, is from Manchester. The beautiful brunette studied Advertising and Brand Management at Manchester Metropolitan University before graduating in July 2020. Her LinkedIn profile states she graduated with a First Class Honours. She has worked as an account executive for Sugar PR.

Lucia has been seen supporting Marcus at many of his football games over the years, including during the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

How long have they been together?

Marcus and Lucia have been dating since they were aged 15 when they were pupils at Ashton on Mersey school in Greater Manchester.

But over the span of their long-term relationship, it's not always been smooth sailing for the couple.

The high school sweethearts had been together for eight years when "lockdown pressures" arising from the Covid pandemic triggered a split.

But the pair confirmed they had reunited in January of this year after eight months apart before announcing their engagement in May.

Marcus popped the question on a postseason getaway to Los Angeles after they shared a romantic meal at celebrity seafood restaurant Catch LA.

In an Instagram post shared by the couple, Marcus and Lucia could be seen kissing in front of floral heart-shape display made up on white roses, as they were surrounded by flowers, sparklers and candles.

The young couple were reportedly "over the moon" to be set to tie the knot after eight years together.
