  • But just a week later he decided to split from the London-based 25-year-old

A plus size model has claimed her ex boyfriend spent £15,000 in a bizarre bid to break up with her without feeling guilty about it afterwards.

Pia Blossom, 25, from London, was dating the heartbreaker for six months before he suddenly splashed out on lavish gifts including expensive furniture, designer jewellery and a weekend away.

The former boyfriend bought the model an entire gaming PC set up, a wardrobe, mirror, bookcase, makeup chair, bed and Versace sheets.

He also splashed the cash on a brand new Versace bag and some jewellery during a luxurious weekend away, just days before he ditched her – apparently as a result of a prior argument and his parents’ disapproval of the model, claimed Pia.

Pia said: ‘We dated for about six months, but he had been trying to talk to me in my Instagram DMs for six months prior. I didn’t see the messages for a long time.

‘He was very thoughtful, and patient. We both liked the same music and enjoyed similar theatre. He was also very well read, which is something I really like in a person.

‘I thought we were getting on really well at the time. We had a small hiccup of an argument a few weeks earlier but I thought we’d fixed it.

‘That week, we had been for a weekend away together where we were singing in the car together, having beautiful dinners and going out to clubs dancing. We were having a great time.

‘He bought me an entire gaming PC, a wardrobe, mirror, bookcase, makeup chair, bed and some designer sheets. He’d also bought me a new Versace bag and some jewellery while we were on the weekend away.

‘He spent between £10,000 to £15,000 in the last week of our relationship, from the weekend away to the furniture and PC.

The model believes the dramatic break was due to a prior argument and his parents not clicking with the beauty

‘I was very confused and shocked when it ended because I thought he was making an investment in me long term, rather than saying goodbye.’

The model believes the dramatic break was due to a prior argument and his parents not clicking with the beauty.

She added: ‘We’d had an argument a few weeks earlier, he had relayed it to his parents, who didn’t like me and expressed that they disapproved of our relationship.

‘He was very much a mummy’s boy, even though he was in his 30s. and broke up with me because he didn’t see me fitting into his family after that.

‘But he said he still loved me, which is why he wanted to replace my furniture with better quality solid wood and give me the PC so I could pursue streaming.

Despite the break up, Pia insisted they ended on good terms and is happy with her parting gifts

‘Honestly, I think he felt quite bad that he was dumping me because of his parents. The weekend away was a final, stress free, nice time together.’

Despite the break up, Pia insisted they ended on good terms and is happy with her parting gifts.

She said: ‘I’d rather have a boyfriend that loved me than a bunch of stuff. But it was very kind of him to do so much for me even when he was leaving. We don’t speak anymore but we said a teary goodbye and had a long hug.

‘I still think highly of him and I hope he’s doing well. I have everything he bought me in our relationship, he gave me a lot of very thoughtful gifts.

‘My favourite item is the gaming PC. He bought it for me because I’d said for ages I wanted to be a Twitch streamer (someone who broadcasts their gameplay), so he built me a top of the range PC that could stream any game.

‘I now stream three times a week on it and have built a lovely Twitch community. It has brought me a lot of happiness.’
