Totally vain Miss BumBum UK presenter spends £167k on plastic surgery

The first edition of Miss BumBum UK is taking place this year.

As the models have to spend time getting ready for it, there's one other person who's focused on their appearance too.

Israel Cassol is the pageant's first ever host and he doesn't deny his vain side one bit.

The presenter is a regular at gyms and also keeps his body up to date with some aesthetic procedures.

In fact, the host has splurged a whopping $1million Brazilian reais (around £167,000) in the process.

He said: "I'm totally vain about my appearance. I've spent more than a million reais on procedures.

"I started taking care of myself when I was 21, when I became a model, and I continue to this day.

"The last [intervention] was my lipo HD. On my butt, I do treatment for stretch marks, which, unfortunately, I have some.

"And I do massage too, on the butt."

For Israel, keeping up appearances is essential to both his own well-being and the profession he's in.

He added: "I work in television and it's important for me to be on top of everything.

"I work out six times a week and I work out my glutes too. Not to get 'big', but to get defined."

The host even ranks his butt as one of the most coveted male body parts.

Israel continued: "I had a girlfriend in my teens who was crazy about my bum.

"Gay men and women love an up, big, piebald butt. It is not by chance that Brazil is seen internationally as the country of the butt."

The presenter was on the cover of Swedish Playboy magazine and now he's preparing to debut a new show on a Brazilian channel.
