Unsurprisingly, there have been drastic differences in her physical appearance and health, but some of the changes were completely unexpected

‘This might just be in my head, but I think my voice got a bit higher, [and] I weirdly became a lot less clumsy,’ she explained in one video.

Now that she is 140 pounds lighter, she also finds it easier to remember her dreams. The pattern of her curls has ‘almost completely changed,’ and the soles of her feet are ‘a lot more sensitive.’

Everett’s calorie-deficit diet and hormone fluctuations during her weight loss likely contributed to these strange occurrences.

Functional medicine expert Will Cole explained in an interview with Mindbodygreen, that nightmares or vivid dreams have been connected to blood sugar changes and other shifts in the body, though ‘there is limited research surrounding changes in dreams in general detoxing.’

As for her physical appearance, Everett shared that it wasn’t just her clothing size that changed after she lost weight.

She said her ‘shoe size went from a size 9 to a size 7,’ and she can no longer wear many of her old accessories.

All of her old sunglasses are now too wide for her face, and her fingers and neck shrunk to the point that her jewelry no longer fits.

Many of her features have also become more prominent, including her eyes, dimples, and collar bone.

Everett used to shop in the men’s section and wear lots of graphic T-shirts, but she can now share clothes with her mom and friends

Everett added that her skin has cleared up, and she has ‘completely stopped snoring’

Everett added that she used to shop in the men’s section and wear lots of graphic T-shirts, but she can now share clothes with her mom and friends.

The positive effects of her weight loss include changes to her health.

She said her skin has cleared up, and she has ‘completely stopped snoring.’ She rarely gets sick, and her back and knee pain is now non-existent.

On the flip side, she is no longer used to eating junk food, so she will get headaches from too much sugar, which never happened before.

Everett, who has shared some of the things that have been said to her after her weight loss, noted that many people wrongly assume she ‘lost the weight in an unhealthy way’

The college student also explained how people treat her differently now that she is smaller

‘This one might be a bit controversial, but boys got nicer and girls got meaner,’ she said

Everett (pictured before her weight loss) noted that she used to be considered ‘friendly’ when she talked to guys, but now she is accused of ‘flirting’

Everett shared that people — even those she knew before — also treat her differently because of her shrinking size.

‘A lot of people automatically assume that I lost the weight in an unhealthy way,’ she noted in one of her videos.

Some people didn’t recognize her after her weight loss, and others insisted she looked taller — even though she didn’t grow an inch. People have also claimed she isn’t as funny as she used to be, which she wasn’t happy about.

‘This one might be a bit controversial, but boys got nicer and girls got meaner,’ she shared while reflecting on her new reality.

‘Before when I was heavier and talked to guys, I was always considered to just be a friendly person,’ she explained. ‘Now, having the same conversations, I’m told I’m flirting.’
