A PLACE in the Sun's Jasmine Harman was left gritting her teeth – as one couple fell out and mentioned "divorce" during a property search.

The Channel 4 host, 47 was back for another series of the popular property show and this time she headed to sunny Tenerife.


Craig and Suzie were on the hunt to find their perfect holiday home in sizzling hot Spanish city.

The couple had a healthy budget of £200,000 and were looking for a two bedroom property in Los Gigantes.

But, just minutes into the show Jasmine was left red-faced as the couple couldn't agree on their maximum budget.

Craig was adamant that the maximum was £230,000, but Suzy on the other hand thought there could be some wriggle room of £5,000.

Things quickly got tense as the couple continued to disagree with each others opinions on the first two places Jazmine showed them.

" I'm still in love with property number 3," Suzy revealed.

Jasmine then chimed in: "Of course, do you still think about that one?"

But Craig disagreed and said: "Well I love property number 4

Suzy then quipped: "Divorce before marriage."

A red-faced Jasmine didn't know where to look as she put her head in her hands while watching the pair clash.

Despite things not getting off to a great start, Craig and Suzy soon settled their differences and finally agreed on one property during the search.

The two bed apartment in Los Gigantes – priced at £227,723 impressed the couple so they decided to put an offer in of £160,000.

The buyers came back with a counter-offer of £185,000 but Craig and Suzy were not willing to budge and walked away as Craig didn't feel the property was worth any higher than their initial offer.
