Naga Munchetty replaced on BBC Breakfast again – as rarely seen star steps in | The Sun

NAGA Munchetty was missing from BBC Breakfast again this morning as rarely seen presenter Rachel Burden took her place.

The 48-year-old host, who usually co-hosts the morning show with Charlie Stayt from Thursday through Saturday was absent once again this week.


Naga, was replaced by Rachel Burden who is usually seen hosting the show on the weekend.

The news journalist wore a vibrant mustard yellow silk blouse that she paired with a black and red floral midi skirt.

Her blonde hair was styled in loose waves and she wore a dark coral coloured lipstick.

Naga hasn't been spotted this week on the recognisable red sofa a number of times, including yesterday (April 20), when Nina Warhurst took over.

Nina – who is expecting her third child – looked great in a black and white striped top, which she teamed with a black blazer and trousers.

She completed her look with a slick of red lipstick and small hooped earrings.

BBC Breakfast viewers were pleased to see Nina, 42, with one writing on Twitter: "looking darn good Nina."

Another added: "@NinaWarhurst lovely to see you on @BBCBreakfast
this morning xx."

Rachel joined Radio 5 Live in 2003.

She took over the weekday breakfast show from Shelagh Fogarty in May 2011.
