Bankrupt Katie Price facing 'unlimited fine' after council row over Mucky Mansion | The Sun

KATIE Price is embroiled in a fresh row with the council after reuniting with her ex Carl Woods.

The TV star was first warned last year after sparking a council probe into if salesman Carl was storing motors at her mucky mansion.

Officials at the local council launched an investigation into the 'alleged running of a second-hand car business' but the case was closed in March.

A second enforcement case was opened in October 'pending consideration'.

Under planning laws, the storing and selling of cars from a private residential address could be deemed an unauthorised 'change of use' of the property.

And bankrupt Katie, 44, was warned selling cars on the property could land her a hefty fine.

Now brand new photos of the celeb's sprawling mansion have revealed 10 cars parked in the driveway.

The mum-of-five could face an unlimited fine, which would include costs of repossession and clear up, if she has failed to comply with an enforcement notice.

A person guilty of an offence is liable on conviction to an unlimited fine.

The Sun has contacted Katie's rep for comment.

The first council probe came as Katie was spared jail over a drink-fuelled crash on a country lane near her home in September 2021.

Katie's £2million home was dubbed Mucky Mansion after falling into a state of disrepair including a collapsed ceiling and flooded kitchen.

The former glamour model decided to give her home a makeover so that she could live there with her kids and she documented the whole transformation on the three-part Channel 4 show Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion.

The Sun revealed Katie's ex Carl, 33, secretly moved back in to the property.

A source said: "Katie and Carl are back together but she's trying to keep it secret as not all of her family and friends approve.

"He's already living back in the house and she's wearing the engagement ring again."

Just last month Katie’s daughter Bunny, eight, let slip on an Instagram Live that Carl was “sleeping upstairs”.

The star also told how bankruptcy "isn't the end of the world" and insisted it's "a good thing" she can't pay her creditors, who are said to be owed over £3million.
