BGT viewers brand show a fix as they vow Ill never watch again’

Viewers of Britain's Got Talent have slammed the show as a "fix" as one vowed they'll "never watch it again" following the third semi-finals which aired on ITV on Wednesday.

Ghetto Kids, Dylan B, Toy Toy Toy, Notorious, Markus Birdman, Miki Dark, Travis George and Harry Churchill were all in the semi-final, as they performed their sets in front of the judges, Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli.

Bruno's Golden Buzzer act Ghetto Kids sailed through to the final, taking place on Sunday, leaving one place for one of the other acts to take – which was whittled down to Travis George and Harry Churchill.

The decision came down to a tie, after Alesha and Bruno chose to save Travis, whilst Amanda picked Harry, which left Simon Cowell to decide – a decision that he chose not to take.

Rather then pick between the acts, Simon took it to a tie, meaning that the person with the fewest public votes would be going home.

Travis ended up being victorious, with the most public votes, meaning he will be in Sunday's final.

But the outcome left some viewers fuming that the show was a "fix" and accused the judges of favouring some acts over others.

One person tweeted: "#BGT I've just noticed how fixed this is. They pay attention to stage props, lighting and effects to the ones that they want to go through. F**k the others, they get nothing. And yet they have just as much talent."

Another said: "Travis already looking at Ghetto Kids before they’d even gone through and being so excited for them…as if we needed any more confirmation that this show is a fix #BGT."

Broadcaster India Willoughby tweeted: "It’s such a fix. Every year I say I’ll never watch again #BGT."

A fourth person said: "#BGT #BritainsGotTalent Does Simon Cowell stand to make more money if one of his hand-picked invited acts wins rather than a genuine amateur act? #fix

Someone else tweeted: "That's 3 nights in a row that the act with least or no talent has won…. Total vote Fix.. #BGT#BGT2023".

OK! has contacted ITV for comment.

The results of last night's show wasn't the only thing rubbing BGT viewers up the wrong way this week, as some were distracted by Bruno's theatrics during the first live show of the series on Monday, as he kept getting out of his seat.

Viewers were left furious, telling Bruno to "sit down" and stop making the show "all about him."

One tweeted to say: "Can we get a seat belt installed on Bruno's seat to keep him in it! #bgt #BritainsGotTalent."

Another said: "Someone please tell Bruno to sit down! He's so annoying."
