After her stint on Love Island in 2021, Abigail Rawlings, has hands on experience from being in the villa, and she feels that this year there is one particular contestant who is purely being carried by their partner.

In a chat with the Mirror, Abi, 29, shared that she felt Whitney Adebayo would be crowned this year's Love Island winner and claimed that she is carrying her partner, Lochan Nowacki.

"I feel like Whitney will probably win but she's completely carrying Lochan because everyone just adores Whitney," Abi said.

"Lochan seems like the loveliest guy, don't get me wrong, but I do feel like if they win it's because everyone is just in love with Whitney."

The former Islander went on to say that she believes Whitney should have her very own TV show.

"Whitney needs her own show, ASAP, I would watch it," she gushed.

If Whitney wasn't to win the show, Abi said she felt that Sammy Root could win with his partner Jess Harding.

"I love Sammy and Jess, maybe I want them to win? Either Whitney, or Sammy and Jess, those are the predictions," she explained.

"I feel like Ella and Ty will obviously make it to the final, but those two love a good argument, so I don't feel like the public are going to want them to win, I feel like they'll probably come second."

Abi's predictions come as the Islanders get ready to see some new arrivals make their way into the villa, as their friends and family pay them a visit.

First to arrive are ZachNoble and Molly Marsh's families as Zach's sister, radio DJ and I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Snoochie Shy, and their mum Kirsty make their presence known in the villa.

On arrival they are joined by Molly's mum Janet and dad David, and the couple are left stunned by the sudden arrivals. Molly and Zach catch up with their families and Zach says: “I’m worried about meeting them two.”

But as Zach heads over to meet Molly's parents, he's quickly pulled aside by her dad, who says: "Can we just have a quick chat? Me and you."

Meanwhile, Jess and Sammy revealed to their families that they are boyfriend and girlfriend, however, it may not all be good news as Jess asks her mum: "What are the girls thinking of him? Do they like him?" to which she replies: "I’m not really sure at the moment."
