CHLOE Sims has perfected her dazzling Hollywood smile ahead of her huge move Stateside.
Last year, the star flashed the first glimpse of her fresh pearly whites and told how she "felt like myself again."
Just this week, The Sun exclusively revealed how Chloe, 41, and daughter Madison, 17, will be ditching her Essex life – documented on reality TV show TOWIE – for a new start in the US.
The duo will be relocating to LA while Chloe films her new OnlyFans show there with her siblings.
Yet making sure she go in her beauty treatments before she headed off, Chloe took to her Instagram page to post a black and white snap showing her gleaming smile.
Harley Street dentist, Dr Richard, of Dr Richard Clinics can be seen in the background of the shot as the pair completed the appointment.

Chloe took to her Instagram page to explain: "I flew back to the UK for 5 days to completely pack up & say my goodbyes for now.. made the big move to LA 😎
"The past few months have the most testing, exciting, months of my adult life. I’ve been quite on here as I’ve been extremely busy moving across the world.. ✈️
"Massive thank you to @va.clinic for making me look as good as I can!
