She invested the money she made during her time in the spotlight, and is now reaping the rewards from her smart decisions.

She has been living the high life and documenting it all online, sharing pictures which show her flying first class, enjoying luxury shopping trips and lounging in swimming pools.

Kitty has been spotted hanging out in the A-list shopping Mecca of Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, the exclusive shopping district which was famously featured in Julia Roberts' classic movie Pretty Woman.

Kitty was a popular contestant on The X Factor in 2011, and went on to release her debut album Glamour and Damage in 2014.

She has attempted to gain entry to the Eurovision Song Contest twice, for Switzerland and Moldova, but failed to make it into the final stage of the competition.

However, Kitty did not give up her music dreams and her last project was a Broadway album, which was recorded at the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London.

During her time on the show, Kitty called herself "controversial" and was likened to 2010's contestant Katie Waissel.

"I like being controversial and I think it is good to be different," Kitty told The Sun.

"If everyone was the same the world would be a dull place."

"I don’t know why there is so much hate in England right now, I really don’t. It is bad for your soul.

"I just want to concentrate on the people who have supported me. It is about who wants to see me perform.

"A thing British people do is put people in boxes – the new Susan Boyle or the new Katie. Why can’t I just be Kitty? I am my own person."
