Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd left fans 'gutted' after he posted a major ‘spoiler’ pic to fans of the ITV soap on Instagram
The Weatherfield actor, who plays David Platt on the cobbles, chose to take fans down memory lane sharing a photo from his on-screen home at number 8 Coronation Street.
Viewers have seen David share this home with his mum Gail and sister Sarah over the years, and now with his own family including son Max, daughter Lily and wife Shona.

But the 34-year-old left fans stunned when he posted a picture of himself sat at the top of the stairs after fans spotted something they had not seen before.
The famous stairs seemingly lead to nowhere and all that could be seen above was professional lighting as part of the soap's equipment and a walk way which appeared to go above the rest of the Platt residence set.
In view of his 389,000 followers, he captioned the post: "Misspent youth was had on this staircase."
Paddy Bever, who plays Jack's on-screen son Max, was among the first to respond, writing: "Fuming. Just found out there’s no upstairs."
While Jamie Kenna, who recently exited the soap as Fiz Stape's ditched husband Phill Whittaker, commented: "WTF the house not real?!?!"
EastEnders star Adam Woodyatt, who is famed for playing the BBC soap's Ian Beale replied: "Yep. #ifyouknowyouknow."
Fans also addressed the picture, as one fan commented: "Now you've spoilt the illusion!" while a second laughed: "Haha trade secrets. Naughty."
A third replied: "This is up there with the disappointment I felt when I found out the washing machines in the laundrette in Eastenders aren’t real, and someone actually stands behind the wall manually turning them round."
While a fourth commented: "Why did I think they were actual, real houses…. ruined it now!"

Many fans also recalled the time David pushed his mum Gail, played by Corrie legend Helen Worth, down the stairs.
One fan reminisced: "I remember when you threw your Mum down those stairs."
Another said: "POV Gail Platt having been shoved down said staircase."
Fans went on to address something else about the house suggesting the decor required updating.
One fan asked: "Two questions, when do you think they will ever redecorate the houses and how many bedrooms are there?"
A second suggested: "Just wish they would update the decor !!! Jesus how old is the washing machine!!!!"
