David Platt (Jack P Shepherd) is continuing to try and get Max Turner (Paddy Bever) to change his ways in Coronation Street, following the bomb explosion.

Because of Max’s involvement in Griff’s (Michael Condron) gang, he was questioned by the police, who wondered why the teen had failed to tell anyone about their extremist views, not to mention being in hospital after a bomb exploded in the boot of Griff’s car.

Heading home, David was prepared to support his son, maintaining the view that he wasn’t completely in the wrong, as Griff had been brainwashing him.

Once Griff was arrested, David believed that would be the end of the matter and finally, everyone could move on.

But it wasn’t.

Sitting down for dinner, David soon realised that de-radicalising Max is going to take an awful lot of work and in this new video, he turns his attention to the upcoming drop-in session being held at Speed Daal.

With his phone confiscated, Max asks David for it back but there’s a deal to be made – he’ll return it if he goes along to the session.

As Max remains resistant, this will eventually lead to further trouble for him, as he ends up watching a live-stream by Blake, his old school bully.

Blake is seen making a racist speech pledging to put an end to the refugee centre by whatever means necessary.

It’s clear to Max that Blake’s target is Maria – but will Max do anything to stop him?
