Ferne McCann breaks down in tears as she reunites with daughter Sunday after SAS Who Dares Wins | The Sun

FERNE McCann has shared the heartbreaking moment she was reunited with her daughter Sunday after returning from Celeb SAS: Who Dares Wins.

The former Towie star, 32, was one of 14 celebrities who took part in this year's series of the Channel 4 show.

Ferne and the likes of Pete Wicks, Ashley Cain and Maisie Smith travelled to the Middle East to film the fourth season of the programme.

They set up camp at a military base in Wadi Rum, Jordan, for a number of weeks.

After being away from her little girl Sunday, Ferne was overcome with emotion when she finally reunited with her daughter.

The reality star shared the special moment on her Instagram.

As Ferne opened the door, Sunday stopped what she was doing in her playroom and ran over to her mum when she realised it was her.

The mother daughter duo embraced a long hug.

Ferne held back the tears as she told her daughter that she had missed her during her time away.

"Being reunited with my girl after SAS & being in Jordan. I can’t explain this feeling," Ferne explained to her 2.9m followers.

"When I was on the course everyday I was playing a game of tug of war in my mind about whether I should VW because I missed Sunday so much. Or to just keep going to make her proud.

"I’ll never forgot 1 moment that spurred me to push through was when we were getting beasted & the DS wasn’t going to stop until someone VW’ed.

"I had nothing left, physically and mentally. I was so drained.

"I was struggling so bad that I was on my hands and knees & Billy said to me ‘What day is it?’ I was so delirious and was like HUH🤯 he repeated ‘What day is it?’ Then it dawned on me 💡SUNDAY! It’s Sunday.

"That was the kindest most encouraging moment that I had experienced.

"Remembering and being reminded of my baby girl in the midst and depths of pain gave me the motivation to KEEP GOING!"

The star had a brutal time on the C4 show.

Just yesterday she revealed that taking part in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Winds was "worse" than it appeared on our screens at home.

She allowed her fans to "ask her anything" about her experience on the show, with one questioning if it was "as harrowing as it looked".

"It was worse," Ferne revealed underneath a snap of her crying on the programme. "There's so much you don't see on the final show.

"Of course so much is edited down, but we were drained. Every night throughout the night we had to go on the night watch.

"We had to run EVERYWHERE, There's so much to this course and show that made it hard not just what you see on the TV.

"You've always got to be on your game and there was so much discipline coming from all angles."
