GEMMA Collins has broken her social media silence after being forced to call an ambulance in the middle of the night.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star took to her Instagram stories to thank her fans for their support.
Gemma, 41, took to her social media in the early hours of Tuesday morning to reveal she had called an ambulance.
She shared a picture of a paramedic in her kitchen on Instagram and wrote: "Thank you to all the amazing people that helped me this evening."
She followed it with a picture of the ambulance outside and added a message in favour of the ongoing nursing and ambulance service strikes.
However, the star failed to detail the reason she had called out the emergency services to her home.

Now, Gemma has broken her silence on her health scare, telling fans she thought she had a "heart attack".
"Just to say thank you for all your messages and well wishes," she said. "I had a terrible shock last night.
"I had terrible chest pains and I thought I was having a heart attack but thank god, it wasn't that.
"I will go into it all later but I just want to say thank you for your well wishes. The NHS were absolutely incredible.

"I had nothing but such a great experience with them, and I really hope they get all their pay rises, they work so hard.
"I am just very happy to have not died from a heart attack last night. But, onwards and upwards. I will report back later."
It comes after Gemma spent the day treating herself to a pamper session hours before she was forced to call an ambulance to her home.
She called on emergency services late last night and today thanked paramedics for rushing to help.]
Hours earlier, the podcast host had been ejoying a meditative treatment and had filmed the process as she lay on a bed in a dimly lit room.
The relaxing pamper session included a spiritual facial with crystals and burning sage.
The star was wrapped in posh towels and her face was covered in a glossy face mask, while her beauty therapist burned the herb and wafted it beneath her nose.
Gemma was delighted with her relaxing treatment, and penned: "I've been in another dimension for three hours, wow."
Gemma added a message in favour of the ongoing nursing and ambulance service strikes.
