Gemma Collins reveals she joined a gym after being left terrified she'd never move again | The Sun
GEMMA Collins has revealed she is joining a gym after being left scared after a recent trapped nerve.
The reality star, 41, recently told fans how she had gained a stone in weight and admitted she was keen to get healthy once again.
Speaking on her GC podcast, Gemma explained: “When you have a trapped nerve it can really shock you so I am desperate to join a gym this week.
“I am more an outdoorsy exercise girl but a few of my friends have just joined the gym and I think, I said to them ‘even if we get on the treadmill and have a good gossip for an hour that is fine by me’. We can go in the spa.
“I need to find a gym that is suitable for me. I don’t want a pose up gym, I mean please I just want to go, I want to swim, I want to walk.”
Her fiancé Rami will be joining alongside her after also gaining a bit of weight.

She continued: “I just really said to Rami, we do go out quite a lot for meals and it is a treat but at the end of the day I think we have to really focus on – because he said he put on a bit of weight – he’s gone from a 32 and he’s nearly at a 36.
“His Levi jeans burst the other day and I was like ‘oh no hun, you need to cut back’ . so it got me thinking that you need to be fit, healthy and fabulous to live a good life.”
Last week Gemma revealed that she has put on a stone and admitted she is "scared to weight herself".
She said her weight is a "constant battle" but vowed to shed the pounds after overindulging over Christmas.
