Married at First Sight UK’s latest series has been a hit with viewers with explosive rows and blossoming romances. As this series is done and dusted with, E4 fans are eager to know what’s happened since the cameras were turned off. Express.co.uk has a rundown of the whereabouts of MAFS UK season seven’s couples.

Where are the MAFS UK 2022 couples now?

April and George

April Banbury and George Roberts were on a rocky road throughout their time on MAFS UK together, fuelled by trust issues.

She also lives a busy life in London as a dress designer, while he is a father-of-four in Worcestshire but even with these obstacles, they still decided to stay together in the final

commitment ceremony.

Nevertheless, since then, April has resumed her pilot training in London and has deleted all pictures of George on her Instagram.

It was reported last week that George was arrested on suspicion of controlling and coercive behaviour after three of his ex-girlfriends spoke out.

While she didn’t directly address what had happened, April wrote on Instagram: “At times I felt like I was losing myself, but thankfully I had the wonderful welfare team.”

Thomas and Adrian

Thomas Hartley and Adrian Sanderson’s relationship was a fiery one as they didn’t always see eye to eye.

However, as time went on, their connection deepened and it looked like they were going to get their happy ending until they visited Thomas’ parents’ house when they didn’t get his mum’s approval. Thomas ended the relationship before the final ceremony stating that they didn’t have a sexual connection.

Adrian is now regularly posting videos of his singing on his social media, while Thomas has managed to get more than 150,000 followers on Instagram.

Kasia and Kwame

Another relationship to end before the last commitment ceremony was that of Kasia and Kwame.

Unsurprisingly, they are not together with Kasia uploading several pictures from her time on MAFS UK with his image scribbled out.

Kwame has since launched his own podcast and talk show on YouTube, according to his Instagram.

Chanita and Jordan

Chanita Stephenson and Jordan Emmett-Connelly were clearly the power couple from the start, sharing the same sense of humour and outlook on the experience.

He had some doubts about moving in together but they still renewed their vows as expected.

Their relationship has since ended with Jordan seen on a night out with a Geordie Shore star.

Sophie and Johnathan

Sophie Brown and Johnathan Wileman were one of the “intruder” couples to join the rest of the cast midway through.

She has been regularly posting on her food Instagram page, while Johnathan is spending lots of time with his family but it hasn’t been confirmed if they are still together.

Sophie, who described herself as a foodie on the show, has since been posting regularly on her food Instagram @sophsbigeats, enjoying meals out with friends.

Matt and Whitney

Matt Murray and Whitney Hughes were a controversial pairing as they cheated on their other halves, Gemma Rose and Duka Cavolli.

They became a dating couple in the show and their romance went from strength to strength.

Matt and Whitney appear to be one of the only pairs to have stayed together with him getting an “I appreciate you” dedicated to her.

They have also been sharing several pictures and appearing in Instagram Live videos together.

Duka

Duka Cavolli left the show when Whitney decided she wanted to get to know Matt better.

He appears to still be single, sharing photographs of his time on the show but without Whitney.

Gemma

Matt’s wife Gemma Rose also left MAFS UK after he went off with Whitney midway through the season.

She has remained friends with several members of the cast and now has an OnlyFans account.

Jenna and Zoe

Jenna Robinson and Zoe Clifton were the first lesbian couple on the show and experienced some lifestyle differences as the former is a vegan.

Nevertheless, they are still together and getting closer by the day with Jenna’s sister posting a photo of herself with Zoe.

There are also several cosy pictures of the happy couple together.

Jess and Pjay

There is always one couple who must be the first to go and season seven’s was Jess Potter and Pjay Finch.

She struggled to have a physical attraction to her new husband, despite their good friendship.

Pjay has been sharing videos of him spending time with his son while Jess has a new boyfriend.

Lara and Richie

Lara Eyre and Richie Dews were the second couple to leave the experiment as she felt he needed a lot of “emotional need”.

She has since returned to Nottingham, enjoying a number of nights out, whereas Richie has been enjoying his music career, playing on BBC Radio Sheffield.

It is believed that both Lara and Richie are still single.

MAFS UK season seven is available to watch on All4.
