I was on Love Island and ruined a huge moment on the show – meaning it was NEVER shown on TV, says Liberty Poole | The Sun

LOVE Island star Liberty Poole has revealed one huge moment that was ruined by the 2021 Islanders – meaning that it was NEVER shown on TV.

The 22-year-old shot to fame on the seventh series of the ITV2 dating show last year.

During their stint in the villa, Islanders are not allowed to sing due to copy right reasons.

However, Liberty and the rest of the gang, including the likes of Kaz Kamwi and Faye Winter, sang during an important moment – meaning the scenes couldn't be used.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Liberty confessed: "After the postcard got delivered, we were in the kitchen and we all collectively as a group started singing Take A Bow by Rihanna.

"Literally all together like proper like singing it, I don't think they could air stuff like that."

Liberty coupled up with her ex Jake Cornish, 25, on day one – and it looked like they were going to make it all the way to the final.

However, the pair decided to call it quits on day 54, just days before the show came to an end.

Since her stint in the villa, Liberty has turned into an influencer and works with brands such as Skinny Tan.

The Brummie beauty also took part in last year's Dancing On Ice, and is keen to start presenting after booking herself onto a course to help her gain skills.

But at the moment Liberty has been busy working with Skinny Tan and their latest collaboration with Coppafeel.

The tanning brand has launched a new limited edition self-tan mousse with the breast cancer awareness charity.

And with every sale, £1 will be donated to the organisation.

The Dancing On Ice star has also starred in a video that has put across the idea that anyone who fake tans can check their breasts while they do it.

Liberty told us: "I feel like this was like a really important campaign to be a part of, as well, for women, because I feel like everyone knows of someone that has gone through breast cancer, and it is quite like a common cancer.

"29 per cent of people from ages 18 to 35, only 29 per cent of people check their boobs once a month.

"So that's about 71% of people that don't check them in that age range.

"So I think it's so important that they reach out on both platforms, and like get this message across because I didn't even know how to check my boobs, but since working with Coppafeel and Skinny Tan, I'm more aware of how to do it now.

"But as a young girl myself, like I didn't check my boobs that much.

"I didn't even know how to check or what to look for. So I think it's an important message, but it's nice to get it across in like a fun way."
