The Loose Women star also let fans into a secret, making her glowing complexion even more impressive.
Charline, 42, who lived in the I'm a Celeb camp last year, said that she had been partying the night away before the snap was taken.
She praised her hair and make up team for managing to get her looking fresh after she found herself in a kebab shop at 2am just hours before.
With I'm A Celeb back on the box, it's possible the TV star is looking back on her own time in the jungle where she proudly displayed her natural beauty without a scrap of makeup.

She joked that co-presenter Judi Love encouraged her to share the stunning selfie.

Her skin absolutely glowed with bronzer and highlighter, which looked so natural.
She added a smokey eyeliner and false lashes and swept her hair back into a slicked bun.
Throwing on even more glamour, she wore gold drop earrings with a textured detail.
Seann Walsh left a comment full of fire emojis, while co-host and pal Ruth Langsford called her "stunning".

Charline recently opened up about how she thought she was never going to find love again after she was left heartbroken 12 years ago.
However, after the painful split, she made a vow to say yes to every opportunity that came her way.
The experiment changed her life as it helped her meet partner Andy, dad of her children Alfie, six, and Florence, four.
She ended up heading to Ibiza with friends for messy parties and said yes to men that she would have never gone on dates with before.
"Ones who I wasn’t immediately physically attracted to, or who talked about themselves too much, for example," she told us.
"I started going to events by myself. Dinner parties with these incredible, interesting people who I’d never met before and who I felt I was out of my depth around. I’d put on a nice dress, take a deep breath and go alone," she said.
"I’d gone through a period of forgetting who I was and forgetting that, actually, I love meeting new people. I genuinely like those situations."
She met her husband Andy at a party, he knew one of her friends.

"We started chatting and got into a debate about something, when he told me my views were wrong. Men rarely told me I was wrong, as they were too busy trying to chat me up. So I was immediately hooked," she said.
The couple now share Alfie, six, and Florence, four.
