KHLOE Kardashian fans were left shocked after spotting her nearly "BALD" scalp in a new ad.
The KUWK star, 38, shared a video of her promoting the medicine that is used to treat migraines.
But followers were left very distracted by Khloe's hairstyle, which gave the impression that her hairline had dramatically receded.
The media personality styled her blonde tresses in a tight slick back plait.
Wearing her hair to one side, the star explained that she sometimes suffers with headaches.
She captioned the clip: "Having the control to treat and prevent a migraine attack with an all in one medication like @nurtecodt is such a blessing.
"It has allowed me to continue doing all the things I’m passionate about!
"Make sure to ask your doctor about Nurtec ODT if you also suffer from migraine. Individual results may vary."
However, fans were stunned by Khloe's new look and begged to know if she had used the "bald filter" or if she was losing her hair.
One wrote: "Bruhh where’s your hair at?"

A third said: "Where did that forehead come from? It wasn’t there before!"
"Girl maybe you have a migraine cuz your pony tail is too tight," someone else joked.
A fifth said: "I thought she was using a bald filter."

Followers shared a theory that Khloe has removed her butt implants after they spotted a clue in a new video.
Speculation surrounding Khloe's diminishing posterior is nothing new as fans have shared theories regarding its everchanging size in the past.
A fan took to a popular Kardashian-dedicated Reddit board to share their theory regarding Khloe's recently shrunken backside.
The Redditor posted a screengrab from a Keeping Up With the Kardashians scene that featured Khloe, 38, and sister Kourtney Kardashian, 43.
Captioned, "Let me know if y’all see it," the screenshot depicts the Good American co-founder with a much larger butt than what fans are currently accustomed to.
More Redditors sounded off in the comment thread, with one fan writing "Surely that would ruin your back."
Khloe's fans were convinced she had her rumored butt implants removed after seeing her smaller backside when she attended a screening of The Kardashians season one finale back in June.
The reality star appeared to have a significantly reduced posterior while wearing a white catsuit when she arrived at the event.
Khloe, who has sparked concern with her drastic weight loss in recent months, wore a low-back jumpsuit.
She accessorized the one-piece with 70s-style oversized sunglasses, white stilettos, and a black purse.
The mother-of-two was joined by the rest of her famous family at the screening, which was at the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
FAN THEORIES
Fans claimed Khloe's butt looked visibly smaller and as though her rumored implants had been taken out.
One wrote on an Instagram fan page: "She got her butt lift reduced like Kim I see."
Another agreed, writing: "Butt looks tiny!"
Khloe has faced years of speculation that she has had surgery on her butt, although she denied the gossip back in April.
After she shared a video of herself working out in skintight leggings, one fan commented: "Omg u can see her implants when stretching. [The second] layer of her bum on top of her bum [sic].”
It wasn’t long before Khloe clapped back at the comment, denying the claims and insisting the crease in question was down to the style of the seam in her leggings.
The reality TV star replied: “Lol silly goose. It’s the seam design of the leggings. that’s so funny ha!
"You guys just want to believe anything bad,” alongside a laughing emoji.
THE BOTTOM TIME-LINE
When Khloe was in her early thirties, her butt gained plenty of attention as it looked disproportionate to the rest of her body in the hip-hugging skirts and pants.
With her rump looking larger than the rest of her, some fans speculated that she may have gone through a Brazilian butt lift procedure.

However, by 2021, Khloe’s butt appeared to be reduced in size.
Fans noticed it seemed smaller than before and asked whether she had removed the fillers they suspected she had.
Despite the speculation, Khloe has continually denied that she has ever had butt fillers.
