Katie Price shows off new hair makeover – after shock death of her dog she claims was killed 'on purpose' | The Sun

KATIE Price has shown off her new hair makeover, after the shock death of her dog.

The 45-year-old was pictured leaving a salon on Tuesday evening, and was seen walking along in a baby blue jumper.

Katie looked downcast after her hair refresh at LA Studio in Sussex, which has seen the star opt for long jet black locks.

Katie was joined by a pal as she walked along in black trousers and fluffy blue shoes.

Before leaving, the mum-of-five spotted in the window of the salon looking anxious as she clutched her phone, as the hairdresser got to work on her tresses.

Katie is believed to have spent almost seven hours at the hairdressers, getting her look transformed.

It comes after her dog died on Monday, which Katie says the RSPCA are now investigating.

The former glamour model insisted that there was a “deliberate target to kill him,” as she shared what happened.

Katie’s protection dog Blade was killed after being hit by a car, meaning the star has now lost seven animals.

It is the latest pet tragedy for Katie following the deaths of numerous other animals in and around her Sussex home.

In an update to fans on social media today, Katie wrote: “Update RSPCA have been up to my house not having any concerns about my animals and never have or had.

The star then shared a second image of herself with her new hair look, and penned: “Today I stay positive and looking after number one is also a must I run the ship and I’m now steering which way I go.”

Earlier this week, Katie announced the passing of Blade, writing:  "Words can’t express the lost of my best friend my protector my absolutely everything who had sadly passed away today I have no words to say how I’m feeling but numb and shocked rip Blade."

Grove Lodge Veterinary Group alerted the public to the incident this morning, writing on its Facebook page: "Unfortunately we have had a large shepherd dog handed into our OOH team last night.

"Found on the A24 near dial post. The dog does not have a microchip, however was wearing a brown Louis Vuitton collar."
