Loose Women fans point out ‘unprofessional’ Nadia Sawalha blunder live on air

It was embarrassment for Nadia Sawalha on the Loose Women panel today (October 6) as her phone went off live on air.

During the show, as Carol McGiffin was talking, there was an audible ping and the camera cut to Nadia, 57, whose face had frozen in fear.

Her Loose Women colleagues carried on regardless and, though Nadia may have got away with it on the panel, viewers at home wouldn't let the mistake slide.

Taking to Twitter to air their views many thought the incident was unprofessional with one saying: ""Nadia’s phone just pinged. It’s so bloody unprofessional #LooseWomen."

Another said: "Nadia sort your phone out #loosewomen."

Nadia and Jane Moore could be seen in the audience of Strictly Come Dancing at the weekend supporting their co-panellist Kaye Adams as she took to the dance floor before being voted off the show.

The two pals were spotted in the audience quite early on in the show following the opening dance number, with some fans taking to Twitter to share their observations.

"Of course Nadia & Jane from Loose Women are in the audience,” wrote one eagle-eyed viewer.

“Oh god just saw the panel of Loose Women,” wrote a second, and another added: “Not the Loose Women in the front row.”

And Nadia made the news again recently when she shared a photo of herself in a hospital bed, urging fans to pay attention to their health and get any worrying symptoms checked.

Sharing some hospital pictures of herself she wrote: “The only reason I’m posting these pics is because I want to catch your eye and urge you if you have been worrying about any symptoms you’ve been experiencing to bite the bullet and get yourself seen!

“Delaying things will only cause more worry.

“I’m not going to lie I’ve been worried sick myself recently but was given the all clear on Monday! I only wish I had dealt with it earlier so I didn’t get myself into such a pickle.”

Fans were quick to offer well-wishes, while others agreed with the sentiments shared in her post.

One fan wrote: “Oh nadia I'm glad you're OK, but you're so right, any worry is best dealt with straight the way so you can get on with your life, sending hugs,” followed by four red heart emojis.

“Sending you the biggest of hugs beauty .. thank god you are ok,” added another.

While another wrote: “Glad you have the all clear, I hope you get better soon! And good message to never ignore anything that doesn’t feel right."
