Love Island sparks fury as key part of show is axed after Sammy and Jess clash

Love Island fans were left fuming on Sunday night (June 18) when they realised they weren't getting a preview for Monday's episode.

Fans of the hit ITV2 dating show always look forward to seeing what kinds of shocks are in store for the Islanders the next day, teased in the Tomorrow Night preview trailers at the end of episodes.

Narrator Iain Stirling is usually heard declaring "tomorrow night…." in his ominous voice before dropping hints about what kinds of explosive arguments or steamy snogs have happened.

A montage of the juiciest moments from the next day's episode is then seen, but ITV bosses know not to give too much away as they want everyone to tune in.

But they were in for disappointment on Sunday as there was no preview, and they weren't afraid to rant about it on Twitter after the episode finished.

One fan fumed: "naaaaah where’s the preview."

Another said: "asif they didn’t give us a preview for tomorrow night after that."

A third admitted: "I get so annoyed when we don’t get to see a preview of the next day [laughing emoji]."

A fourth asked: "no preview for tomorrow???"

Sunday night saw Sammy storm off after clashing with his new flame Jess, whom he picked in the shock daytime recoupling.

But Leah wasn't happy about being indirectly referred to as a test, so she confronted him about it by the firepit, prompting Sammy to apologise.

And things got worse for the Kent hunk when Jess spoke to Leah and branded his actions "f***ing disgusting."

It was then her term to pull Sammy for a chat by the firepit, where she slammed him for how he treated Leah and wondered he didn't handle things better.

Although he tried to right his wrongs, ended up storming off as he'd had enough with it all, meaning the new couple could be on the rocks already.
