LOVE Island star Ellie Brown got liposuction on her NECK after fans claimed she looked unrecognisable from villa.
The Geordie lass shot to fame on the fourth series of the ITV2 series back in 2018.
The reality star headed to see Dr Rosh, who has worked on the likes of Love Island's Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Jess Gale, at the KLNIK in Cheshire for the procedure.
Ellie opted for Aqualyx, which according to their website is a "non-surgical reduction of localised fat under the skin".
It is an alternative to liposuction.
Dr Rosh uploaded a clip of Ellie lying down in the surgery chair while getting it done to his TikTok page.

In recent months Ellie has looked unrecognisable from her days in the villa four years ago.
Back in February she looked worlds away from what she did on the show in a sizzling snap after a Valentine’s makeover.

The beauty showed off a new look days later after a glamorous makeover.
On Love Island Ellie rocked long blonde extensions, but in recent months has opted for a shorter more natural bob.
Just last month Ellie looked unrecognisable she partied with ex-Islanders on a night out.
The stunner put on a glamorous display while dancing in a nightclub alongside former cast members Kaz Crossley and Mary Bedford.
Ellie entered the villa in 2018 as a bombshell on day 15.
She originally coupled up with Alex George and later found love with Charlie Brookes.
However she was dumped from the villa on day 43.
